I’ve been to some beautiful sniff spots, but at most of them you can still see other houses in the distance or are close enough to property boundaries you have to always kind of keep an eye out all the time. Not here! There’s so much space I could totally relax and enjoy the trails and let my dog run free and explore. We spent our time in the woods trails and by the pond, and didn’t hear or see a single thing except birds and a few turtles :) The woods and fields were so pretty and peaceful. My puppy likes horses (and probably pigs) so I was curious how it would be on a farm, and if it would be distracting to him to want to go meet them, so for anyone else wondering about the farm animals, we saw the pigs just at the spot when we parked, they were very cute and totally ignored us and stayed happily by the barn. We saw the horses from a distance too at the end of our exploration but if you stay in the woods/field/pond area you won’t see them at all. This is a wonderful place. Will definitely come back again! 55This has quickly become our favorite sniffspot. Every time we go my dog has the best time and we find a new part of the 80 acres to explore. You can hear a few car noises, etc., but we've never seen anything to upset a very reactive pup.Hannah K.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
