George, one of the hosts, came out to say hi and was super friendly, even handing me a map with the trails marked out. My girls loved every minute on the trail; they were in heaven! 55This is an incredible sniffspot! The trail system is extensive and even with an hour and a half we weren’t able to do all the trails. Chris met us when we arrived and gave us a map, showed us where to put our poop bags, and left water bowls out. The pups were very grateful for the water bowls and we stopped part way through for them to have a drink.
The trails were very well maintained and plenty wide enough. It was a beautiful mix of forest and tall grassy field, and plenty of space for the pups to explore and sniff. We really felt like we were at one of our favourite regional trails, except we had this one all to ourselves.
It is a 50 minute drive but more than worth it, and it’s so nice to have such an affordable option that is truly an incredible experience (for the pups and the humans). Thank you Chris for sharing your beautiful place with us!Sarah W.
