55Wonderful spot for my LGD. The lawn is sloped down towards the waterside and is well fenced. The stairs down to the beach are tricky for an old lady and her massive Caucasian Shepard but certainly do-able. The beach was so much fun for my big fella. Make sure you go when the tide is out enough, as it can get pretty close to the cliffs on a high tide. Thanks! We'll be back for sure!GinnyB X.

This is a nice yard with a beautiful view. Our puppy loved running around. We went down to the water. The stairs are kinda steep but manageable. The owner was very nice and quick to respond. 55This was my first sniffspot experience and my dog and I both had a blast! The house was easy to find, the numbers are super clear on the side of the house. The yard is well maintained and the perfect size for playing fetch or just letting your dog sniff around and do their thing. The views from the yard are absolutely stunning!
We went down to the beach when the tide was an 8.5 and the water was just barely touching the bottom of the stairs. There was still a section of beach on either side of the stairs that was about 5'x10' which was plenty of room for her to dig and shake before jumping back into the water. The waves are strong but my dog is pretty big (100+ lbs) and she didn't have an issue. It was a perfect way to spend part of the afternoon and we will definitely be booking again! Sarah H.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
