This property has been under construction and is connected to the LizardSniffer compound of 150 acres. Many AirBnBs currently here and being built this year. Around 9/24/24, a fence will be finished/completed. Approx 1+ acre of fenced in. Water supply and a dog shower will be onsite. Please keep in mind this is a new spot to enjoy the trails and nature with your fury pups. We will continue to update pictures and details shortly. You will actually see old headstones and monuments from the 1800s, where this property was once had a railroad to union point and cotton fields for miles. Here are some general rules and guidelines for our facility. **PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE TO ENSURE A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE!!**: ‼️We have 3 options for your SniffSpot time with us! We have a large *fully-fenced* open field know as “The Back Pasture”. We have an indoor, climate controlled training building known as “The Building”. Finally, we have a large fully fenced 100’x200’ agility field with a completed course of agility equipment known as “The Agility Field”. ‼️ ‼️YOU MUST SPECIFY, whether you are reserving The Agility Field, The Back Pasture, or The Building. If you would like to reserve more than one area, you must contact us, and we may approve this on a case by case basis. We want to be sure the facility is prepared and ready for your visit, so please include this info in your reservation‼️ 🛑🛑 FOR THE SAFETY OF YOURSELF AND YOUR DOG(S), IN ORDER TO UTILIZE THE AGILITY EQUIPMENT, YOU MUST REQUEST AND RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL BY ONE OF OUR TRAINERS. Please message us for details! 🛑🛑 🐾When you arrive at our facility, please close the gate behind you when you enter the property! (The gate opens IN towards the property.) Our property is fully fenced and secure. This helps keep you and your dog safe in the event a dog gets loose. This only works if the main gate is closed. We are located on a busy road and your safety is our number one priority! The only exception to this, is if someone is arriving or leaving directly behind you. Last person through the gate must close it. 🐾Please park directly to the LEFT side of the driveway and walk your dog in the grassy area to the LEFT of the driveway to potty. To access the agility field for training or SniffSpot, please walk along the front near the fence to get to the agility field. This is also our residence. Please respect our privacy. 🐾PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG!! There is a purple and green doggie clean up station located in front of the training building, on the left side. There are bags located at the station as well as bags available inside the training building. There are also bags available and an orange Home Depot bucket near the agility field. Please collect your dog’s poo, tie a knot in the bag, and place it in the bin at the clean up station or in the Home Depot bucket. Help keep our facilities clean! No one wants an icky surprise on their shoe! 🐾If you are using the training building, please close the training building door behind you. (You may have to push HARD!) Our building is climate controlled, and we want to keep it that way! :) 🐾Do NOT adjust the AC in the training building! If it is not working properly or needs adjustment, please contact us. 🐾If you or your dog are sick in ANY WAY, please stay home!! Family property, main open area is a spring garden. Chickens will remain in run during visits. Kids welcome to use playground at your own risk. No fencing, borders 200 acres of recently cleared hunting property. Pole barn and back porch available sun/rain coverage.

The yard is fully fenced, connected to the back of my home. Large space for multiple dogs and dogs/owners who prefer to be alone. The fence has two entrance areas with locks. You will be given a code to enter! I have toys and water bowls for your furbabies as well as a outside faucet for you to use! There is a small seating area with a table and trash can for you to bring drinks and snacks as well!
