I took my two mini schnauzers here to celebrate one of their birthdays! The property is very clean, very spacious and scenic. My girls had so much space to run free and explore! The property is quiet, peaceful - like something out of a storybook! Definitely will be back! 10/10!

We had a blast! The dogs LOVED playing with all the toys and jumping in the pool. The host made sure we had everything we needed and more! We cannot wait to come back again!

London had an amazing time for her first birthday party. All of her dog friends enjoyed chasing after each other. Thank you for providing the space with water bowls and toys.

Great yard with plenty of room to run and chase toys and lots of opportunities to sniff around. My pup was exhausted after leaving here!

We’ve been coming here on a regular basis the last couple of months and my foster pup always has the best time!

We had fun at Rue’s Refuge! The price (literally) cannot be beat and it’s a very spacious yard. The fencing is 100% secure and tall enough that my semi-escape artist GSD couldn’t scale it. The grass is a bit tall toward the back of the yard, so make sure your babies have their prevention just in case! The space was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The host left fresh water bowls out for us and there was a hose for our dogs to play with as well (which they loved). I would recommend bringing your own tennis balls/toys and bug spray as it is approaching spring in GA and the mosquitos are everywhere! The only thing I’d say to keep in mind is there are neighboring homes with people and/or dogs that may come out during your visit. The house directly next door let their dog out for a few during our visit which was a slight buffer but I was able to redirect my 2 (pretty reactive) dogs after a few mins and we carried on just fine. Overall we had a blast and are looking forward to returning soon! Thanks again!!!

Great place! It would be really helpful if there was an easy to use latch on the gate The current one is very difficult to use and took me a long time to get out lol

Used this sniffspot for a meet and greet with our foster pup. It was a perfect space! Well fenced in, low grass height, bags and disposal for doggy doos, some toys available, and overall a large space for the pups to run in. The location is in a nice neighborhood with street parking. My only other feedback would be to bring your own water and bowl(s). The hose wasn’t working and I anticipate that’s because we’re in weird timing where temps still get cold enough to freeze and the water was likely turned off.

My puppies loved running around, there is so much space and the fences give up privacy ! Amazing spot highly recommend!!! :)

Very clean and spacious. No other dogs or animals were visible so it was great for my reactive older dog. Will definitely be returning!

Super clean backyard and completely fenced. My dog immediately found an abandoned tennis ball and there were even some frisbees for play. We will be back!

This was my first time visiting this home, and I loved it! The backyard is spacious, and Coco had a great time playing and running around. He’s normally very shy, but let loose once inside the backyard. The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, and both Coco and I felt welcomed and secure. I did have a small issue with the gate latch, which I couldn’t open—totally my error. The host had written clear instructions on the gate on how to open it, and she kindly came out to show me as well. Now I’ll definitely know how to open it in the future! The host was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this spot, and Coco and I will definitely be returning!

This place was amazing and perfect for my pup to run around and let out some energy. The host was lovely and very helpful in the booking process. 10/10 great first experience would definitely recommend!!!

Our second visit and it was just as great as the first! My foster pup loves this yard and I appreciate how clean and maintained it is. I’ve been to other sniffspots where I’ve had to be careful to dodge piles of poop. Not the case here! This will be our new go-to spot.

This was a beautiful clean yard with lots of room for the dogs to run and play! They supplied bags and a trash to dispose of waste! A nice area to sit back and enjoy your dog having a great time! Will definitely be back! Thanks!!

This is a wonderful, secure, privacy-fenced yard perfect for reactive dogs to visit. I brought my foster from the Dekalb County Shelter. Her dream is to be adopted by someone with a privacy-fenced yard like this! She was so happy to sniff around and chase a ball and just relax. The neighborhood is quiet as well, which helps when you are entering and exiting the property. Be sure to bring water for your pup. The hose is turned off for the winter.

Our second visit in less than a week and we couldn't be more happy! My pups and I had an amazing time playing and sitting in the grass. A great space for the pups to run, playing, and sniff. It's clean, has toys available, and trash bins to dispose of pups waste.
