They are building a house across the street & it can be loud & scary for some dogs. So if you have a dog that's sensitive to that .. just letting you know. Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play & run. Enjoy the swing while your pups run & play. Shade up by the house, as well as a box full of balls. Dog water bowls up by the garage doors. Please try to keep your pups from digging in the grass. New sod! There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON THE RACK. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Poop bags & balls provided. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. There has been a problem lately with poop not getting picked up. I know it can & does happen. But if we can all do our part to pick up our dog's poop, that will make it enjoyable for everyone. Secluded enough to see your deer and rabbits and beyond (Im serious so have your video setting ready on your camera cause i missed the life time shot of the flying devil rat... well actually it was Huge Opussum being carried away by an ever larger hawk.. but i thought i was going insane for a couple secs) but still close to the city. Bring your hiking boots if you want to trek through the woods and/ or bring a chair if you want to chill out on the rocks.
