This 7 acres features a fully wooded experience with trails, a creek, and plenty of room to run. There is a small cattle farm to one side, and is otherwise landlocked, aside from the 400 foot entrance. The trails are not professional, and the location offers a wilderness of fun. Stay on the trail, or don't. Let your dog go where it's nose leads! There is partial fencing on two sides. If you come on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday, finish your experience by visiting Silver Run Winery, which boarders the property. Email with any questions!

The park is open from 8am to dusk daily during the open season, which lasts from mid-March through December 1, weather permitting. Some of the amenities include a small dog area, a field, and a beach. Visitors must follow a set of instructions to ensure the safety of all park users, such as keeping gates closed, keeping dogs leashed when entering and leaving, and cleaning up after their pets. ** Spring Months**- please feel free to message anytime about Trail and Lake conditions before booking or day of reservation. Some area of trails may be extra wet and there is a seasonal swamp in middle of woods. Just a reminder always check for ticks! * please also check messages, I send out first timers info msgs and other information msgs that you may need to know* Dog paradise! Trails throughout, 3 acre lake, fenced in 24 acres. So much to do and explore. This is a natural area including woods and lake. Recall is still important. A great spot for recall training. We check fence regularly the best we can and I run 4x4 each morning to try and move out any wildlife. However It is such a large space if your pup does not stick with you. There could be times during day when we may miss if a critter has dug out under fence or branch has fallen. You know your dog(s) so use your best judgement if you feel they will be safe. It really is such an awesome space, we have learned after buying it is actually an old sandstone rock quarry! You will see lots a rocks throughout trails. Please watch steps for rocks and roots on trails. We have a small farmyard with ducks, chickens and pigs. They are fenced in their own area. Main trail in woods comes out behind the farm. If you are unsure of how dogs will react please leash while passing to ensure safety of all. We hope you and your dog(s) have the best time and enjoy 🐾 Hours- because of the way the property is set up we can only regularly open certain times. Regular hours M-F 8am-2pm Saturdays- will be open as we are able to, it will be sporadic as we typically are out working on property or with our dogs on weekends. 😀 thanks!

5 foot chain link fence surrounds the property that includes plenty of trees that provide shade as well as sunny spots. There is a small hill that provides perfect exercise for the active pups as well as flat area for the older pups. There is a large patio with chairs that overlook the yard for you to relax on while yours dogs are exploring the yard. I have dog toys, bubble machine, water bowl, hose, trash can, pooper scooper with bags for your convenience. Please message me with any questions. I have fall decorations set up on the patio so you can take cute seasonal photos of your pet. When the fall season will be in full swing I will also have a huge leaf pile for dogs to jump into. Private Pond Pooch Paradise

Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

I am new to Sniffspot, but will be updating my yard with shelving for toys, water, treats, etc. Chairs available for humans, fire pit for use will supply wood and fire starter if desired. I have a speaker if you want to play music, and a projector with a firestick if you want to watch tv. Feel free to get comfortable make yourself at home and let your dogs run and play! I work 5pm-130am but you will have free access to the yard if I am not here. Please arrive as close to scheduled time as possible, feel free to pull all the way up to garage, yard entry is right there.
