Doodle Rock Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dog rescue located in Dallas, Texas. Our team is entirely volunteer-based and we are funded solely on donations from our generous Doodle Rock community and supporters.
We rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome abused, neglected, and abandoned poodle mixes from all over the United States. Many of our dogs come from the streets or shelters and are often in critical condition and/or on the euthanasia list. Our dogs are placed in loving foster homes where they receive all required medical care and/or behavioral modification until they are placed into their perfect forever homes.
Mission and Vision
Doodle Rock Rescue is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming doodles in need. With the support of the community, we will continue saving lives, one doodle at a time!

"A wonderful and caring rescue group. My wife and I have only been worked with them a short time, but it has been a great experience all around. They are organized, listen, always helpful, and always ready to help any pups brought into their care. They take so much care that the foster dogs not only get adopted by a caring and well matched family, but also that each human foster is caring and loving to these dogs as well. All around a great organization."

"Doodle Rock Rescue is an all volunteer organization that strives to help as many dogs as possible. I have been a part of DRR for over 4 Years and I am still is awe of the dedication of the leaders of this organization and their unwavering commitment to animals. We have been a foster for them and they spare no expense to make sure the dogs are healthy and have everything the dog and foster needs. What is the most impressive is their screening process to try to ensure these amazing dogs go to an incredible forever home. I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a caring and outstanding organization."

"Doodle Rock let me foster to adopt my Wonderful baby, Sky. She was a mom of 5 puppies that were vetted and taken care of and found homes. Sky went through flea and tick diseases, spay, and TVT through Doodle Rock's care. And she's been happy and healthy for many years with me. They continue to do amazing things for pets and finding the best homes."

Get your dog the safe enrichment they need by renting a Sniffspot

David Adams is a man of many passions, but his love for dogs stands above all. He is not only a dog lover, but also the founder of an innovative platform called Sniffspot. This unique platform connects dog owners with private property owners who are willing to rent out their space for off-leash playtime. While the idea of Sniffspot was initially conceived by his wife, Rebecca, David has been the driving force behind its remarkable success, tirelessly overseeing its growth and development.
David's dedication to providing safe and enjoyable spaces for dogs to play, explore, and socialize is evident in his unwavering commitment to Sniffspot. He strongly believes that dogs need ample space and opportunities to stretch their legs and have fun. As a result, he has worked tirelessly to build a network of private property owners across the country who share his vision and are willing to offer their space for the benefit of dogs and their owners.
Despite his busy schedule, David always finds time to indulge in his passion for the great outdoors. He loves nothing more than exploring new hiking trails and embarking on thrilling outdoor adventures. Whenever he is not working on Sniffspot, he can often be found hiking or visiting multi-acre fenced sniffspots with his two beloved dogs, Soba and Toshii. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys the fresh air, breathtaking scenery, and the sense of freedom that comes with being in nature.
David is based in Salem, MA.
