(provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. The wooded area of our backyard is on an incline. This area offers plenty of shade for your pups to sniff and explore, or get in some exercise by running up and down! We have chairs, a bucket of dog toys, and a water bowl for you to utilize during your visit. We have two seating areas, one or the other is generally in the shade depending on the time of day. Feel free to move chairs around to shaded areas! You can park in our driveway, or in the parking spaces directly across the street. There is an elementary school across the street that has plenty of parking spaces on the weekends or evenings when school is not in session.

Available to you are dog toys, mosquito repellent, citronella candles, hose, trash can, sprinkler, pooper scooper, poop buckets, TWO kid pools, and comfortable seating for up to 8 people! Parking is available in the driveway to the left of the shed, and entrance to the yard will be to your right. We are working on perfecting the walkway. Let me know if you have any questions! Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. "Paws On Parkwood" is a small 1 acre fully fenced field at the front of our property. This field is shared with our goats, all goats have been hand raised and will be in their dedicated area at the time of your visit. This area is fully fenced and has areas of trees, maintained grass, unmaintained grass (goat feed) and patch type woods along the property line. Pull into the driveway and park in front of the "Parking" sign that will be on the right, close to the house. To enter the field, follow the driveway halfway back down the driveway to the gate with the "Paws On Parkwood" sign.

Welcome to your new pup paradise, nestled in my favorite quirky Cabbagetown community near downtown Atlanta! My personal fenced-in yard is accessible without any stairs and is ideal for furry friends of all ages and sizes to run or roam. There is also the large Cabbagetown Park just around the corner (~250 feet away), plus walkable restaurants/coffee on Carroll Street, the Beltline, and Memorial Ave, all within half a mile in any direction!
