Mostly dry, but patches of mud. *Paige2040 first visit discounts* **PLEASE READ THE HOURS OF AVAILABILITY IN THE BODY OF THIS DESCRIPTION. **At this time, the yard is only available Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 8:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. - last booking would need to be made at 2:15 for a 3:15 p.m. exit - and Friday between 12 p.m and 1:30 pm Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill.
