They are building a house across the street & it can be loud @ times. Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play & run. Enjoy the swing while your pups run & play. Shade up by the house, as well as a box full of balls. Dog water bowls up by the garage doors. Please try to keep your pups from digging in the grass. There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON THE RACK. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Poop bags & balls provided. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. We love it here, and we hope you do too. If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck.
