Come enjoy our 1.5 acre property! The property is partially fenced. The property is completely fenced across the front of the home, parallel to the road. It sits on. The property is then fenced on one side of the yard by a wooden fence and trees, but not fully enclosed at the back. The other side of the property is not fenced, but has a very dense tree wine that offers security. the final border of the property is a stream. The stream is wonderful for splashing in and running in, drinking from, and being partially submerged in. The water level does very throughout the year, I have not lived on the property long, but I have personally seen the stream go dry in extreme heat for a few days, as well as being deep enough for a small dog to get swept down it. Probably 50% of the property is lawn, 30% wood, and about 20% tall grass/wetter area/muddy areas which your dog is welcome to dig in. We have off street parking, trash cans, and a hose available for drinking or rinsing your dog.

It’s just such a blessing to be able to go and let my dog run here. I’m so glad I found it. Muddy? Yup. It’s spring. But the path is passable (with wet feet) and there is plenty of dry ground too. My dog had a blast as usual. Host is delightful, as well.

Tons of fun!!! Well defined trails throughout the wooded acres to romp through and some puddles to splash in. Finished up with sitting on the back of our car enjoying watching the goats. There was one fox that came our way from the cornfield so be mindful of wildlife, but it made our experience that much better. As with anywhere definitely would do a tick powder beforehand if not some other prevention.

Gen was very accommodating. Great place for us to meet in between traveling areas that the dogs could get out of the vehicle and enjoy unleashed playtime. The dogs enjoyed playing in the mud and water, running through the paths and trees, and chasing a ground hog. We came prepared with wet rags in a garbage bag to clean paws and bellies! Yes there's ticks, but we expected that because they're everywhere now. The dogs were inquisitive about the goats, chickens, and honkers but no violence occurred. Lol.
