My pack had the BEST time. I have large dogs and felt completely secure with the area and fencing. Tons of space for them to just open up and run, with brand new smells and sights (they were fascinated by the donkeys). Really a fantastic spot with the kindest owners. Definitely booking again

My foster dog had a blast. He ran and ran. He enjoyed looking at the donkeys. There was fresh water and seating areas. We had fun and he slept like a rock the rest of the day. It was so pretty out there. We will definitely be going back. Thank y'all so much for making it such a great experience.

I loved using the sprinklers with my dog! It was overall really fun and I would love to come back! There was plenty of shade and the owner was very nice and responsive. I definitely recommend checking this place out!

absolutely loved this spot! seriously i don’t ever need to try another sniff spot. fence was all enclosed and very high (good for my escape artist), yard was clean and huge, minimal noise from neighbors, and host was available and greeted my dog so kindly. love this spot, highly recommend!

This yard is perfect for playing fetch with my 40 lb dog...long & wide & open, & just for running around. Bring your own water bowl... there is a hose, but I take bottled water. We will visit again soon!

A lovely yard with lots of space for my large pup to play fetch and relax. Easy parking, entrance, and exit. The host said hello when we first arrived and told us to let him know if we needed anything. The neighbors did have dogs that were barking, but it didn’t both my dog too much. I believe the neighbors also had a chicken coop right along the fence line, but they weren’t making noise.

We had a great time at John's yard with our new dog. There was plenty of space and the fence was well maintained. As noted, we were able to hear two neighboring dogs but could not see them. The only concern I would add (for anyone who has a dog with impulse control issues) is that there are now a few metal garden beds with a bunch of plants along with various tools, equipment, etc. out on the patio that your dog could get distracted by. Overall our dog really enjoyed it and did not have any problems there!

Something about this yard felt so magical. It was so peaceful and had plenty of space for my pup to explore and play. We heard/saw zero distractions while there, which is a huge deal for me because he’s very reactive. We will definitely be back soon!

Lovely property! All of my questions were able to be answered in a timely fashion😊I would recommend maybe bringing bug spray. The mosquitoes weren’t horrible but definitely around. Water/hose provided!

Awesome yard! Very shady with lots of big trees and plants. Can hear a creek nearby. Tiny tiny spot between the fence and the house a dog could slip through if he’s as skinny as my Italian greyhound, but if your dog is any bigger they wouldn’t fit. So grateful to people with cool yards who share with those of us yardless!

Shady, lush, and has plenty of seating. If you’re someone that attracts mosquitos, I recommend applying bug spray. My pups got lots of good sniffs in.

Had a really good time at Josh's Sniffspot. We went in the in the evening around 6:30 and the trees helped block out a lot of the sun at that time of day. There was water, some toys, and lots of places to sniff. I have two dogs on the smaller side and didn't see any issues with the fencing. One of my dogs reacts to any noise, and since it was in a cul de sac, we didn't hear or see anyone, dogs, or other animals. The only downside was that I did not bring bug spray as suggested in the listing 😅.
