Cool spot for a little bit of an adventure. There was lots of space to explore. The venue was clean with a public restroom and trash can available. I went on a Sunday afternoon, and there was no one around, which made for a pleasant and quiet visit. It is unfenced, but a long leash will give your pup plenty of space to roam. There was a cool playground that would be great for kids to play on. I highly recommend a visit!

Great spot! Very easy to find, quiet, well maintained land and lots of space to zoom! My 6 month old puppy had a great time sniffing the different pastures and playing with his ball. There were toys available from host as well including many tennis balls and a chuck-it. We didn’t use the kiddie pools on this trip but they were available and clean - would come back to use in summer! Plenty of shade as well. Fencing was secure. Highly recommend!

This is our second time to this Sniffspot. It is by far our favorite—we drive from Tampa to bring our pup there! So much space to run around and play. It is incredibly clean and well maintained. The fencing is extremely secure. Our pup always has the best time—we will most definitely be back!

Great place for pups to run and play. Safe and secure. The only thing that was “wrong” was that it was tooo hot. Lol. No fault of the place though. Definitely will be back when it’s cooler

This spot is great. Clean, nice amenities, secure fencing and gates, toys, rain shelters and kiddie pool for splashing. We appreciated a hose setup for washing down before leaving. The setup allows you to pull up and use the reserved acreage without feeling like you are disturbing the host. While there was another dog in view briefly from a neighbor, the yard was set back and fenced separately leading to no issues or shared fence line. We had reserved access to all three acreage runs and the whole area was included in the booking. Thanks for a fun morning!

This is exactly the kind of spot we were looking for! Huge space and fabulous facility for our girl to run and burn off some energy. Very well maintained and everything you need. This will be our go to spot from now on and certainly worth the drive from St. Pete's!

Visited our first sniff spot yesterday. Absolutely loved Marvin’s spot! My very fearful and reactive dog Winston enjoyed running free, exploring, digging, and playing in all the pastures. It was a very positive experience for him. We brought our own toys but there were plenty of toys available on site. My dog left happy as can be and exhausted. Thank you for sharing your property!! We will definitely be back!!

The place was perfect for a lure coursing session I set up for my dog. It was fully fenced, spacious, had water and a sunshade. No distractions observed. The place looked exactly like on the host’s pictures. Would definitely book it again.

This was the best thing I could have done for my very active Ridgeback! Marvin’s Sniff Spot was easy to locate, set back on a quiet back road (off a 64 in Manatee County) there were 2 large fully fenced areas that had grass and a sand area for digging, or what my dog likes to do, roll in it! There was another smaller area and a long narrow area as well. All fenced, all with access to water and shade. River did not know what to do at first when he realized he had full access to the large lot with no interference! This is a great way for our furry friends to release pent up energy and be themselves in a safe environment without stranger dogs and owners. I want to thank Marvin’s Sniff Spot for creating and sharing this wonderful environment for us all to use! We will definitely be back! The fee was beyond reasonable! River is passed out snoring! Now I can get the things done that I need to! lol. Ps. Don’t forget to bring your “poop bags”

Super impressive set up! Huge pastures and safe areas with proper fencing. Also the beautiful scenery with the palms and mossy trees was a bonus. My reactive dog was so happy to roam free and just had the time of her life today. Definitely will be back!
