4th Mesa 7 acre Private Dog Park In Bailey

10% of profits donated to local SPCA monthly. 7 acres of fenced forest to play on including a hiking trail for the pet owners! There is a switch back trail through the middle of the property marked by tree branches/logs and pink/green flags. Further trail description below the instructions. Best way to find the trail from the gate is to either follow the fence line up to the right all the way to the top of the property or walk straight up the gulley until you see the first green flag. The green flags mark the beginning and end of each switchback. There are 29 rows of switchbacks. Between the green flags there are pink flags to guide you with branches and logs to mark the left and right of each trail. There are a few places where the trail merges which is marked by 2 yellow flags. The last (or first depending on the ascent or descent chosen) trail row has yellow flags that have been colored pink (see pictures at the very end of the collage). It is about a 4 mile round trip hike if you follow the switch backs up then down (or vice versa). For you hiking purists the switchback rows are not perfectly parallel. This was a 3 year manual effort. The more ya’ll hike it the more visible it will be.

We professionally fenced 1.5 acres of this property for our dogs, rescue dogs and as a Sniffspot. This field is quite lovely because it has a year-round creek. The fence has been professionally built and is 4 feet tall * We recommend booking 90 minutes minimum, as it can be a long drive and you want to make sure you’re really enjoy your time there. (You can message us for discount coupons - we would rather you book longer, and use a coupon.) The grass can be scratchy, so wear long pants. Also people recommend bringing towels to wipe off your dog after they’ve been playing in the creek . Lastly, please walk the property before you let your dogs off leash ** to make sure there are not any 🫎 moose along the creek. ** ** Moose can be aggressive to dogs and people. If you see one, please leave and we will reimburse you. It’s not worth taking the chance.** We try to be very communicative on the chat app, so please check the chat or let me know if you have questions, hit traffic, need extra time (I can add extra time but need to communicate with you to make sure we don't have overlap). *Also - if your dog has special sensitives, you can let us know as well and we can try to work with you (i.e. let you know if a neighbor is having a party or such before you drive up the canyon).

Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. The course is changed every Monday morning. Course maps are in the box hanging on the entrance gate.
