Hi there! Welcome to Brookville. We are on a little over 2 acres, outlined in the aerial photo. The blue section is fully fenced in! There’s a swingset, and a trampoline If you’re having kids tagalong. We do have dogs that are friendly to play if that something you’re interested in, however, very very reactive dog friendly. The pool is fully fenced in and not accessible 🫶🏻 You’re welcome to use the fencing area or just have your pup run the entire property.

Yard is not fenced and has a total of 6 acres with 3 acres being woods. Dogs are able to go in front yard. Dogs must be kid friendly. Thanks!!

Gus' Garden is a spacious yard with around 3,600 square feet of green grass and flowers. Feel free to use the seating provided as your pup sniffs and plays. Plenty of shade and sun for your pup to run! Just make sure you dispose of any waste your pet may produce and close the gate all the way when you leave!

Hello and Welcome! We are located in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, private, fenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. Our main "Pond SniffSpot" is CURRENTLY CLOSED for the month of November, but usually available most of the year. It's a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. See photo captions. Our "Alternate SniffSpot" is CURRENTLY OPEN, and only made available when our "Pond SniffSpot" is closed. It's a fully fenced 1 acre pasture. It's very private, and generally more "woody" than the Pond Sniffspot, containing trees, fields, and mowed trails (but no pond). See photo captions. Fenced in 1 acre, cross the bridge and enter through horse gate and latch the gate with the chain . There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. The horses are not where the dog area is.

We have 2.5 acres. We have 9 rescue dogs who require no fence because the woods and creek enclose our property. The creek has a perfect place for the dogs to swim. Our dogs are all indoor dogs so if someone is booked they will be safely inside.

We have a fully fenced in backyard that is off the road at the end of our driveway. We have multiple gate entry points, but the point of entry for the spot is straight back behind the driveway on the left of the red shed. The gate can lock and the yard goes downhill so there are little distractions to dogs who might be a little curious. The fence is lined with chicken wire and our dogs (we have 4) are kept inside during bookings!
