Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Complimentary snacks, coffee & hot chocolate available at the coffee bar and cold drinks in the refrigerator. Lovely! Janice set out toys, snacks, fresh water and towels for the dogs and humans. The pool is beautiful and clean. Everything is so clean and perfect for an afternoon getaway. I have a newly adopted young dog who was taken in a breeding operation seizure. We don’t know much about her yet. She is still learning about us. Having a place so secure, open and with sights and sounds of habitation is the best thing for her right now.

We loved this place. Our pup had such a great time here. Janice gave us accurate directions, parking instructions and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The yard and pool was very clean. There were treats, water bowl and toys for dogs. Also, snacks and bottled water for the guests. The music and vibe of this place was so on point with the beautiful weather. My pup had so much fun exploring and running around the yard and swimming in the pool. Would definitely come again here.

It was beautiful! I love the layout of the pool. Jude could splash around in a large shallow area, he was not sure about getting in to deep yet lol. We had such a great time! There were snacks & water, and a TV with Amazon radio with an awesome playlist. We can’t wait to visit regularly!
