Just a little yard behind a little house in the old colorado city/westside area. Quiet, clean, not yet fully landscaped. Secure 6ft fence. Mostly wood chips and dirt and minimal gravel bordering the house. Area rug with umbrella-covered patio table and chairs. Electrical outlet available for laptops, WiFi provided. Easy access, private space, quiet neighbors. Great for any dog at any hour of the day. Note: a bit harder for extremely high energy large dogs to run enough laps in the yard to become tired.
