Huge wide open spaces for your pooch and you to explore, the water was perfect and no fishing litter I had seen so no need to worry about hooks, perfect for a picnic.

Will definitely return! I had a little bit of trouble finding the spot but Kevin was super quick and helpful in his replies and got me to the right place. The property is great ~ can't wait to book again in cooler weather to explore. Since it's May in Texas and it's HOT, we headed straight for the water 😅 The pups loved swimming and sniffing around on the shore. It was perfect for a few hours at the lake relaxing with the pups and not having to worry about keeping them leashed. A+ service from Kevin and a wonderful property!

Great sniff spot on the lake! So many acres to roam and explore. You can hike or run around out by the water. The sunset over the lake was beautiful!

Great spot for the our dogs to run around and swim! There were others around the beach area as well but they moved on quickly. Highly recommend reading the email directions for the most accurate way to get to the location. The location in the initial reservation will get you most of the way there but the follow up email will give you exact instructions. Overall we would visit again. We had three very tired and very happy dogs afterward.

A little confusing once inside the gate, as there were multiple ways to go and no signage. In fact, the only sign we saw said no dogs lol. So we back tracked and ended up in an area where we did see an off leash dog with their human, as well as another human walking/swimming out to their boat, so I’m still not sure we ended up in the right place. But my girls loved the water so it was still an enjoyable time!

This place was great! Dogs loved running and playing in the lake. Our 2 bigger dogs loved running full speed and tromping in the water. Little mini schnauzer loved running and rolling in the mud🤣🤣. If you have a fluffy dog that picks up burs, try to stay at the shoreline. We always carry dog towels and have seat covers to protect our vehicle from all of our adventures, so we were expecting dirty damp dogs! Plan accordingly and you and your dogs will love this spot.

Lots of space, right next to the lake! Our dogs had a great time exploring and frolicking in the water. This is unrelated to the space, but our battery died when we were getting ready to leave, and the host’s father came to jump start our car. Amazing people. We will definitely be back!

Dottie had an amazing time swimming, playing fetch in the lake, and exploring on the paths/woods! Plenty of space to play and we didn’t see any other people/pets. We did see a couple small lizards she enjoyed chasing though! Would definitely visit again.

Perfect, peaceful setting to introduce our dogs to water for the first time! One of our dogs can be reactive to other dogs so we had peace of mind as we were the only ones down by the shoreline. We all had a great time! Highly recommend!! Will be back

Awesome spot and can’t wait to visit again! If you take the left fork after driving onto the property, you’ll end up on a big stretch of sandy beach with lots of room for wading and zoomies. I went to the right first, and while we did get to the water from there, it wasn’t quite as open. My dogs were in heaven and didn’t want to get back into the car when it was time to go.

This was a great spot, once I found it thanks to the property caretaker. I'm not from this area and was a little confused with the directions. The Google map coordinates are 29.867427, -98.253698. I'd wear hiking boots if you want to explore the shoreline and road as it is pretty rocky. Eli and Jake had an amazing time and were not ready to leave when our time was up. We will be visiting this spot again.
