Ruby’s Retreat for Reactive Dogs is a place where a dog can come to be dog. We have about .75 acres fenced with a ramp, oversized dig box, hideout, tether tug, (available upon request)kiddie pool and or splash pad. We also have about an acre of wooded trails that were created for Ruby and her brother’s daily sniff and strolls. Ruby was dog reactive which limited her outings, we would like to give other dogs the opportunity to be a dog with no stress and just be a dog. This spot is in memory of Ruby and her way of helping other dogs like her. Rocky (Ruby’s brother) and Ruby were the inspiration behind what we’d like to offer your dog. Thanks for checking us out 🐾🐾

Our Sniffspot is a safe, private place to exercise or train with your dog, or simply let them experience a new place and get a ton of good sniffing in!  The yard is fully fenced with 6' high solid wood panels. There are trees for shade, rocks and obstacles to climb on, toys to play with, and some agility equipment. We also plan to open up our short trail in the woods soon!  *NOTE: We have dogs of our own inside the house and sometimes boarding dogs in the business building. They won't be visible from the Sniffspot yard or outside at all while you're there, but occasionally they may bark and can be heard from in the yard. But we try our best to minimize any barking.  There is a buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet. Dogs must be vaccinated and free of parasites. Please make sure your dog is on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. You must pick up your dog's waste – there is a scooper and trash can for disposal. Questions? Fully fenced yard on Mt. Kearsarge bordering Rollins State Park located at the historic property settled by the Watkins family in the early 1790’s. Abner Watkins was a founding father of Warner and a soldier in the Revolutionary War serving under Ebenezer Webster, father of Daniel. They fought in the Battles of Bennington and Saratoga and came back victorious. Abner with his wife Ruth and family retired up here on the mountain and is buried at the small cemetery down the road. Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful oak, maple, birch, pine & ash trees and let your dogs run, play and find sticks. I’m ok if they dig! That’s what dogs love to do! Plenty of shade and a new picnic table. Right next door is the Rollins State Park toll gate to go up Mt. Kearsarge and also access to miles of hiking trails. Fresh drinking water for the dogs! Have fun!

A recently fully fenced back yard! Wood in the front for privacy and chainlink in the back. This sniffari is about .5 acres. There will be toys available! Balls, chuck it and anything requested if you would like. There are poop bags available and pooper scooper. There are Adirondack chairs, low chairs and a sectional that is dog friendly. A canopy for shade! And woods are to the back and left outside of the fence making this a quiet and peaceful yard. Your dog will get to enjoy a private play time and sniff. I hope your pup (s) enjoy! Please clean up after your doggy’s! I notice feedback from back to back around the cleanliness from this. I appreciate you leaving it clean for the next dog (s) and human to enjoy ☺️☺️ If I am not home while you visit- my doggy’s may bark. They are super secure inside. I totally understand that can be frustrating though. I will always let you know beforehand! Please let me know and we cancel the booking if you are not comfortable with them barking.

We are conveniently located off of Interstate’s 89 and 91, great for travelers who are passing through and whose pups need a break from the car ride! We have 2 lovable dogs who enjoy our fully fenced in front yard. We have 2 shade trees, water available as well as chairs for their humans. We are located in a neighborhood with frequent dog walkers and kids playing.

Ticket to Heaven is a small rescue farm sitting on a total of 75 acres, where we provide visits to learn about horses, farm and rescue. We have both farm and small animals in our care. In addition to a fully fenced run area (maybe 1.5-2 acre) and an easily accessible private trail loop. All proceeds through sniffspot go directly to the Sanctuary.

Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. However we do live in a location which our neighbors dogs can be seen or heard. So if your dog is reactive to other dogs our spot might not be a right fit. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. However, UPS and Fedex do make deliveries so that is something to consider if your dog has issues. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

***The yard gets very wet when the weather warms up so I'm restricting access to the yard for guests unless the ground is frozen or there is significant snow coverage until spring.*** A great place for a doggie playdate! We have plenty of parking in the driveway. A beautiful forest backdrop with ample room for zoomies! It's a quiet, peaceful spot, full of bird song and lots of natural charm. There is a deck with a table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy.

Welcome to our Sniffspot! We bought our property especially for the large yard. It’s a great space for dogs to run and play and sniff. The street facing part of the yard has 6ft privacy fence and the rent has a combo of chain link, 6ft wood or heavy duty wire. The yard is very secure for both large and small dogs. We have lots of birds, squirrel and chipmunks, and occasionally a raccoon or fox visits so the smells are endless. We hope your pup(s) will enjoy it as Miah as ours does.

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Remote switch for lights is located on the bulletin board in the barn. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. Quiet 3 acres with private driveway for parking. Bordered by a lush treeline, your pup will enjoy the freedom of a large open field. About 20 minutes from Lebanon and Dartmouth. There's an option to clip your dog to a 85 ft tie out lead to for safety. Tall grass and muddy spots may be present, so proceed with caution. Private structures are off limits, however enjoy the secluded floating deck and stream just a short walk from behind the shed in the back. Water is free flowing and clean, but swim at your own risk. Explore the wooded area and experience a slice of peaceful New England!

Are you looking to expose/introduce two dogs in a safe and welcoming environment where you can monitor their body language and temperament? If yes, then our space is perfect. Each dog can have their own fenced-in area to play and observe or open the gate and connect the two spaces for your dogs to explore all that we have to offer. Included with other amenities, we offer confidence building equipment, a digging station, stretching board, pools for water (seasonal) and sensory play, enrichment toys, natural fitness stations and more! Have a special request or need? Let us know. We are happy to accommodate if we are able! Clean water bowls are also offered as well as a sink to easily refill and wash your hands or a toy as needed (seasonal). When done playing with the toys, simply leave them in the bucket provided for cleaning and sanitation for the next furry friend. We also offer a hose and sprayer as well as dry towels (seasonal). Feel free to dry your dog off after splashing in the pool and wipe their feet before they hop back in your car. Simply leave the used towel on the bench and we will pick up. Waste pick up is simple and easy. You will find poop bags in our mailbox located just inside the entry gate. Please pick up and dispose of waste in the garbage pail found near the mailbox. We can't wait to welcome you to our Golden Dog Playground - an oasis set among the woods with distance from the road and neighbors.

Let your pup run in open yard. Lots of sticks, some wildlife sightings. Ample parking off a private dirt road. Not set up as dog friendly, but we have the land! Currently set up exclusively as carry in, carry out. You MUST clean up after your dog! Stay on the open areas, there is bow and arrow practice in neighboring woods. If dogs are prone to running, it’s not the space for you. Currently offering on a trial basis. Sprinklers and possible additional amenities available upon request and as we grow!
