Come and enjoy our own private 3plus acres of wooded with some open space and trails. Fully fenced in and secure. So much space for your fur babies to run and explore. No need to stress with other dogs that may be reactive. Or maybe your pup doesn’t play well with others and prefers their own space. Our private dog park is for you. This space is amazing. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field.

This is a great little spot with alot of privacy once you are down the hill by the river. There is an open field for the dogs to run and play catch with a mix of grass and sand, There are multiple spots where the dogs and people can get into the water if you wish . I also have a picnic table and some chairs down there to sit and relax at , it is very peaceful and private. I also offer overnight camping for guests for 100 a night , I have a nice large lodge style tent set up overlooking the river , there is a grill picnic table , firepit a couple fishing poles or you could always bring your own. I also have kayaks and a canoe available for rent also.

There are 20 acres of wild prairie grasslands dotted with trees, and another 20 acres of farm fields, creating the perfect mix of open space and cozy shade spots. It's the kind of place where I can truly be myself and enjoy some real freedom. The Crow River flows along the property, offering fresh water for drinking and maybe a cooling splash on warm days. There's also a charming little pond that would be perfect for a refreshing paw dip or just watching the ripples. With weekend visitors at the Airbnb adding new and exciting scents to discover, every visit promises fresh adventures and interesting discoveries. It's like having a constantly changing outdoor playground! Don't worry, though, the Airbnb guests and the Sniffspot guests never share the space so we will have all the privacy we want.
