We no longer have goats. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Field is currently completely cut. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. Finally, we are a community of pet lovers and we all pull together and support each other positively . If you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and I will make it right . We have received 1 out of 100 less than stellar review left simply because our family dog was let out in our front yard totally separate from the Sniffspot for five minutes and I just don’t want there to be any other negative experiences. Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. This is a beautiful spot. We just moved into specifically for the fence yard for our dogs. We’re not always there so we would love other dogs to enjoy it. We had a doberman pinscher who loved to go outside and roam freely, especially in the orchard eating all the fruit and in the woods where she'd frolic for hours along her favorite babbling brook to Terabithia! She recently passed this past August at 13 years old, so from our dearest Mo'i The Red Dobie, we invite your dog to play in her most favorite places here on Trotter Mountain Farm!!!

Large 2 acre field for off leash play, only with strong recall, or long line play. There is also a boat ramp that dogs can use if they want to take a dip in the water, use at your own risk. Great spot for fetch or sniffs from the deer who sleep there!
