The host is extremely nice. I could have talked to her for hours. She definitely cares about making sure her guests have a good experience. The area of her property that she is renting out has a brand new fence. There isn't any damage or areas to escape. If you have a very athletic dog they could possibly jump the fence. I don't know the exact height but I can say there aren't many breeds of dog that are capable of jumping it. If your dog has a high prey drive and likes to jump it might not be an ideal place for you. The connecting property has a few dogs, a cat and a horse. I love the fact that the whole property is visible. You can see your dog no matter where u r standing. Pitbulls are welcome and it's the most perfect spot for them to get the zummies
