In answering all these questions I realized I might need to get a permit from the City of Garland which is one of the reasons why I will not open for several weeks but I will keep my profile updated. Outside of starting and not for profit equestrian farm for horses that for whatever views or what have you this is the next best thing. Last but not least, I personally am a extreme believer in my boys health when it comes to the yard. Not only for their safety but they're inside and outside dogs so whatever they walk on they bring it to my house which I'll just leave it at that. I hope this isn't too long as I do have a HUGE issue with being brief but I prefer to put everything on the table at the front end versus the back end. I am a very honest direct person can I help you be the same way with me. This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

Hi there! My name is Nat and I’m so excited for you and your fur-babies to come visit my home. I work from home during the week and have 2 fur babies with me, Apollo and Meliodas. Despite redundant training and boarding school Meliodas has always been on the reactive side. When I heard about sniff spots I knew that I wanted to be able to both take him to places where he felt safe and create a place where other reactive dogs felt safe as well. On top of this, I am a full time Foster Dog Momma so creating a space that is both enriching and dog friendly is my top priority. The house is completely fenced in by a 7ft wood fence and I also live in a gated community for extra peace of mind.
