We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Welcome to my home in Bristol, CT! My backyard is about .5 acres and fully fenced. There are 2 entry ways, however the right side entrance is usually easier to get into. I have 2 corgis of my own, but they will stay inside while your dog is at play. I also have children, so I have a playground and lots of kids toys outside if your child would like to join in and play! My backyard includes: a shaded picnic table and benches, a hose, dog bowls, hand sanitizer, a poop scooper, and lots of room for your dog to run around! & more! Some DISCLAIMERS: after a rainstorm, our yard gets very wet! Plan accordingly. My neighbors on either side have dogs. My neighbors on the right side have 2 big German Shepherds. Please try your best to pick up after your dog, turn off the hose if you use it, and make sure the gate is properly closed. Thank you and enjoy!

We have a beautiful fully fenced in big backyard for you and your pups to enjoy. The front has 8 ft white privacy fencing with the sides and back using a black chain link 4ft fully enclosed fence. There is an exit door at the back and front. We have a back deck with sectional seating, gas fire pit, dining table and Blackstone grill for your use if you would like. There is an umbrella for shade as well as a wood fire pit in the back. We have a hose hookup and sprinkler as well. There are doggy bags in the wire basket and a pooper scooper by the stairs. We have 4 acres fenced in with hills and a very small pond. We have a large deck to sit on while the dogs run. There is a lake across from us that we have access to if your dog is dog friendly. Our yard is mowed with short grass. We own 3 dogs that are available to play with or can we kept inside for reactive dogs. This is our Shanghai La. :)

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

To access the agility field: Please follow the driveway straight back past the detached garage. There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please message me and we can set up a time for a private lesson to ensure the safety of you and your dog! Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move any of the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!
