There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

The area behind the house is quiet and peaceful and spacious. There is Chuck sticks and frisbees, but you have to bring your own balls. I always provide freshwater and dog treats and there are chairs for people to sit while their dogs run around. Also the home of Critterville self pet wash, if the dog gets stinky after it runs around it can get a warm bath before it goes home if the pet wash is available at that time. There is a sign to the left of the garage door that says Sniff Spot park here you can walk around the left side of the house and enter the backyard from that gate. Follow the signs.

Courtney's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Chanhassen

We have about 1/3 of an acre that our house sits on. The backyard is fully fenced and is a great size for throwing balls, letting your dog run around. My wife and I have a nice semi-forested fully fenced backyard in Minnetonka. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly. Our 3 yr old Labradoodle Pepper spends countless hours playing, sniffing, and napping in it. Thanks for looking! PS - We have chickens secured inside their coop in the fenced in area.
