55We had a great time visiting Cheryl's *massive* property! We are avid hikers and love trails, and we still took about an hour dilly dallying around the lot with our little guy. 55Cheryl is such an amazing host, so sweet and welcoming! The property is huge, and all three of our pups had the best time exploring every part of it. We were even able to practice recall training with our rescue, while our two little schnauzers loved having the freedom they don’t usually get in the city. The obstacles were also a big hit with our pack, and they learned so much from them!
We definitely wish we had booked for two hours instead of just one, but now we know for next time. This will absolutely become a regular spot for us. We have nothing but positive things to say about both the property and the host. Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!Verin D.

I reached out to her beforehand to see if there would be any dogs in sight, because Bugsie hasn’t been socialized and doesn’t exactly know how to react around other dogs. I rescued him a few months ago, so we are working on his reactivity. She was very honest and supportive. The space has ample room to run around! The trees allow for some much needed shade on the sunny days! She even provides chairs for you to sit down if you wish! It was a great space, and everything you need for your fur baby is provided! Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
