Susan is very sweet and has a wonderful & clean property for letting your pups run free! Lots of clean balls to play with & plenty of room to run! Like described in the description there is a fence with another dog or 2 that will run up and down it while barking. We totally expected this but the neighbor stood next to the fence while we scrambled to get our little dog. I knew this could potentially happen but she wouldn't stop staring at us struggling 10ft away which was kinda odd lol I know some reviews said they felt comfortable with their reactive dogs here but I would think about your dogs threshold if they struggle being redirected. Besides that was still lovely and will return without our more reactive dog, thank you Susan!

We had a fun visit to Susan’s spacious property with our 2 pointers. Parking is close, access is easy, with water, chairs and toys provided. There is lots of great space to run and play. We will be back!

Fantastic sniffspot! My dogs are always so happy to run around this spot. Clean water, poop bags, and clean balls, what more can you ask for? The fencing was just redone as well; it looks great and I've never been concerned about my dogs escaping.

Our favorite spot by far!!! Such a lovely property, well maintained and gorgeous for both humans and pups. Lots of seating and shade available if desired, fence around whole area. Water, a huge selection of toys (including a chuck it stick!), poop bags all provided. Plus the host Susan is just such a lovely lady! It is literally the perfect place to go to get my reactive dog plenty of exercise and to show him that the outside world can be safe and fun 🥰

Great experience! Booked our next visit before we even finished this one. The field is a tiny bit muddy in a few spots but I can’t believe it is as dry as it is - despite both dogs tumbling and rolling a few times during high speed rumpusing, neither one of them was overly muddy getting back in the car!

A great place for my ball-obsessed dog. Susan keeps the grass short, which I really like. Comfortable chairs, relaxing atmosphere and lots of tennis balls! I come here often. Note: because it's below freezing at night, there's no water, so bring your own.
