The grass ranges from 2” mowed, to 4” natural, up to about 12+ inches. A smattering of trees and two sitting areas for you - the gray Adirondack chairs are a bit too heavy to move, but feel free to move the red ones anywhere you would like. ***We will be adding a couple of agility exercise areas for your dog in the next few days. Toward the front of the field, I have mowed a curvy type of track in case you want to work on guided leash training. For you, we will keep a track around the perimeter of the fence mowed so you can use it for a walking track. PLEASE NOTE, the electric fence is DISCONNECTED. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. Grounds: It is a hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. You can see holes dug in the yard from dogs. It is fine if they dig. We spot treat poison oak and ivy with an all natural mixture that includes vinegar. We do not use chemicals. ** Watch out for fire ant hills** Water: You have access to our well and a large water bowl. There should be at least one small water bowl in the carport as well. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. Plenty of room to run around and play, especially if your dog does good off leash. Can offer a playmate as well, as I have 3 very friendly dogs to choose from. The fence has since been repaired and a Hotwire added to the top, since taking these photos.. we don’t use it very much but it gets the job done. Hotwire can be turned off or on depending if your dog is a jumper.

Nature therapy! The creek surrounds this rural property. Bring the fam and explore the creek walk with the doggo! The street is quiet but there isnt a fence. You dogs will want to be down by the water smelling around the wildlife. The only guarantee is adventure! Your safety is not guaranteed only fun
