Best sniff spot you could ask for! Karen is super nice and provided everything you could possibly need! Fresh water, poop bags, a towel in case dogs got dirty. Would recommend 10/10!

Karen was great! The property was spacious and she even started the bonfire for me due to the cold weather. The dogs next door were a bit distracting for my dog but, nothing that would cause any degree of concern. My dog loved getting to meet her sheep and sniff around the yard. 10/10 experience!

Karen and her family were amazing. Provided water and toys for the pup as well as water for us. All four of our fur babies had a blast running around the large yard and laying in all the shade the trees provide. We will definitely be back! They were tucked out before our visit even ended 😂😊

My pack and I enjoyed a wonderful morning at Teddie's. There was ample space to run and play and soooo many sniff spots that they'll be tuckered out all day. Relaxing area for the 2 legged crew to enjoy watching the pack play.

Karen was super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The sniff spot was clean. Big nice open area for dogs to run. Our smallest dog literally started prancing she was having so much fun. Would recommend

Wonderful! The area is huge and our dogs had so much fun running around. The pup pool was a huge hit, too- my German Shepherd kept bringing the balls he chased down into the pool with him. Both our pups had a fun time meeting sheep for the first time & watching the neighbor’s chickens. Kathy was so kind and courteous and met us when we arrived. Thanks for a super fun time!!

Lovely spot. We'll definitely be back. There are neighbors with very well behaved dogs close by so if you've got a reactive pup you just need to be aware. Fencing is secure and well maintained.

Our dogs had a great time! Our young pup couldn’t stop running and jumping in and out of the pool. Our older pup was enjoying her alone time laying down while the breeze hit. Truly an amazing property. Karen was a great host and so kind. We will definitely be back.

Tons of space to run and play. Homeowner greeted us and was very friendly. There was a photo spot set up with hay bales and props. A good time was had by dogs and humans alike!! Will definitely be visiting here again.

Oh my goodness…this was the best treat! The pictures do this space justice. It’s just as picturesque and expansive as the photos show. Karen welcomed me and my pups and gave us a tour. Such a nice touch! My dogs had the time of their lives! There was so much space to sniff and explore - it was heaven for them! I loved the attention to detail (seating, fresh water for the dogs, waste bags, etc.) and felt so safe letting my dogs frolic and explore. The space is meticulously secure so your dogs can enjoy while being safe. We’ll absolutely be back - it was such a special time for us. Can’t wait to go back again soon!

OMG what a wonderful place for my dogs to run free! It was great for both my small and large pup. They got tuckered out earlier than expected and slept the rest of the day. They had so much fun. Thank you for letting us play at your lovely home! We will be back soon.

Teddie’s Happy Acre was my first experience with sniff spot and it couldn't have been better! Karen was so incredibly kind. I explained to her that my dog is terrified of strangers and that I would feel more comfortable if we could avoid any human interaction with him. She completely understood and respected that. Upon arrival, she gave me a lay of the land while my pup patiently waited in the running car, and then she disappeared into her home allowing my pup to let his guard down and have the time of his life in her massive yard. She even set up the cutest little photo op for pet parents to try to capture memories. I would absolutely recommend this spot and would revisit!
