Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. We want you and your dog to be comfortable and peaceful. The black trash bin closest to the garage is the spot for dog bags. We try to keep a sniff spot sign on it but it often comes off. If there are special needs for you or your dog, please let us know.

This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! I volunteer for a rescue and often bring dogs home for pup playdates to get them some sun and exercise and socialization, and all of the dogs have thoroughly enjoyed the yard; we hope you enjoy the space and find it peaceful and welcoming…visit for an ulti-mutt good time!❤️🐾☀️

She has retired her business and now we have the land just for my 4 year old son and my dogs. Which he loves 😂 but we have room to share. You can bring your furry family member over here and enjoy our space too 🤗

I have a roughly 800 square ft yard with fencing all around. 😊 I also have a bench, chairs, and firepit available for use (must bring own wood). My porch is screened in as well with seating and a table, but I would appreciate extra notice if you plan to be up there using it. There is also parking for 1 car in front of the gate to the yard (which is the entry/exit), and a playground also directly across the street ! You are welcome to come in and use my restroom if I am home, otherwise there are porta potties by the playground. The trash can is by the road. (Yellow lid is recycling)
