55The space is beautifully maintained: perfectly mowed with paths throughput and around little swatches of brush and trees for dogs to sniff. All completely fenced in!! Perfect. Stacy has a little island set up: little pagoda with table of useful things, incl bug spray, water, sanitizer, water bowl, Kleenex, towels. Comfi chair, too! Perfect! Close to entry gate if you look a bit is a bucket for poop bags as well as fresh bags. This is a great, great spot for dogs. My dog, Prada absolutely loved her time there. Lots to smell. Nice. Stacy has a little island set up: little pagoda with table of useful things, incl bug spray, water, sanitizer, water bowl, Kleenex, towels. Comfi chair, too! Perfect! Close to entry gate if you look a bit is a bucket for poop bags as well as fresh bags. This is a great, great spot for dogs. My dog, Prada absolutely loved her time there. Lots to smell. Nice. 55This was my first time using Sniff Spot and let me tell you, we will definitely be back to Stacy’s! Honestly, this was more like a little sanctuary than a field. It was so much fun for my dog who is so tired she won’t even eat her dinner ;) and even for myself! I brought a sun chair to sit in but didn’t even end up using it. I was too busy exploring the cute trails, running the perimeter (yes you can get a workout in here!), and throwing the ball for my dog with the thrower provided by Stacy. There’s a picnic table with some toys, a water bowl, and some bug repellant spray. The parking/signage to the field is easy to follow. She even had doggie bags (I brought my own just in case) and a garbage can. Great mix of sun and shade! Thank you so much for the exceptional hospitality, Stacy! Gina G.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
