Open the front gate and drive into the secure parking area. ***CLOSE AND LATCH THE GATE BEHIND YOU BEFORE GETTING YOUR DOGS OUT OF THE CAR!*** Walk through gate into the space from the secure parking area. This area has wooded trails as well as cleared areas. Densely wooded areas and thickets all around. TICK PREVENTION IS A MUST! There are no pesticides or herbicides used here. Only natural horticulture vingear for spot weed control. This area is located beside Bear Creek and when the creek is high or after a good rain IT WILL BE MUDDY on the right side of the property! Dry creekbed located across the back of the property. **The Creek is NOT accessible from the fenced property** -Water hose on site for use. Dog shower/bath area to the right of the shed with dog wash hose attached, shampoo, and wash shammy. Or you may bring your own bath supplies! Feel free to give your dog a shower/bath! ***Just added dog pool*** For use at no extra charge! Fill up/use if you'd like! (It's been stored for the fall/winter...but if you would like to use it...please let me know at time of booking) -Dog water bowl, dog brush, toys, treats, human and dog tick spray provided. All located in large deck box inside the gate. -Bring doggy towels in case of mud or bathing! -Porch swing and seating areas with a shed deck, gas grill, picnic table and hammock at the top of the property. -Chair/table area at the bottom of rock trail. At the end of the cleared field is a 2 single seat swing set and hammocks by the bridge. **Stick Library** -**NEW** we have expanded the field area to fence in the hill! Hi! Welcome to Boogies Playground located off Robinhood Road in Pfafftown! Fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to sniff, play and explore. *ALL BREEDS WELCOME* *ALL TEMPERAMENTS WELCOME* Lots of toys provided, multiple water bowls, (water hose is located behind the house, near porch stairs) poop trash can, as well as a pooper scooper and poop bag dispensers throughout the yard. Hand wipes, first aid kit, chuckit + chuckit balls. A bathing station with dog shampoo and deodorizing spray. Kiddie pools. Multiple treat buckets, feel free to give your dog as many as you want. Child free home. We have a cat and a dog. The cat is indoor only, and the dog is at daycare during the week until 5:30. If you book on the weekends, he will be kept inside far away from the yard or will be gone on his own adventure. This is a nice quiet neighborhood, but it still is a neighborhood. So you and your dog may see/ hear people and/or dogs while you are here. There are sunny and shady spots to enjoy (see photos)! We provide a water dish for your doggo that is refreshed after each booking. Enjoy our patio and umbrella. Mutts and Wiggle Butts is perfect for the pet who needs a break to run and play or for someone who needs safety for dogs and children to play. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced yard and explore. The yard is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not fancy. We love Mutts and all Wiggle Butts. Big or little, there is something for everyone. We are around a mile off Hwy 85 and Business 85. A bench, covered porch, seating, and cold bottles of water are always included. There is a fire pit on site and add this to your reservation to roast some smores or toast your wiggle butt. There is a mini fridge on the back porch with water bottles for you and your fur friends. Plenty of parking. Please park where the owners can still access both carports.

We offer over 1 acre of fully fenced play yard and 10+ acres of UNFENCED trails, pond and woods. Enjoy a picnic on the bank of the pond or bring your fishing pole and catch a fish! Groups are welcome...so reserve a friend or two! We do limit cars to 2 per reservation or with advanced notice more are allowed. Also, speed limit on our long gravel drive is 10 MPH. We have a water spigot inside dog lot near steps. Please DO NOT use the water spigot in the open field near edge of driveway (handle will not cut off water supply!) No bowls provided due to sanitation so please bring a water bowl. Our property is over 0.2 miles from any public road. Enjoy the quiet country setting and have fun!

**The pool is closed for the winter** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool. Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Please see the amenities and access instructions portions of our profile for more information! We bought our property specifically for our own dogs to enjoy, so we know yours will love it too. You will have 8 acres fenced in to roam. Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are in the black cabinet inside the carport. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport. Fence: The fence is four feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see snakes, rabbits, deer, and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. * We see hawks occasionally. Please watch your little dogs* Grounds: It is a hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. ** Watch out for fire ant hills** Water: You have access to our well and a large water bowl. There should be at least one small water bowl in the carport as well.

Grass needs a little work but our dog loves it! Sturdy fence and great space to run.
