Oliver had fun running and romping about the property freely. It was real nice to see they had a Jolly Ball and a few other balls of various sizes to play with. He had fun exploring and seeing the chickens/roosters. He was quite curious about them, and they seemed every bit as curious to see Oliver. The property is completely fenced in and is located in a fairly quiet industrial area. (Although it was the weekend). It was a little farther away than the app stated and not sure why there was a discrepancy of about 5 miles. This seems like a really, really nice option if your doggo needs to get a good run in and dog parks are not an option. Am glad there are places like this and would definitely consider going again.

We have been to a lot of Sniffspots and my crew found this place to be extra 'smelly' ... a good thing! Admittedly don't know much about chickens, but was impressed by how chill they were, and being able to park inside the fence was a big bonus. We will be back.

We used the owner's directions and drove right to the spot, no issues. (So use the street address she gives you, not the address the website lists). It was an assume experience for our dog! He kept discovering new places to snoop, it is so large he could pretend to be a greyhound and really "open it up!", and he discovered chickens, though still has no clue what they are. We will be frequent visitors, for sure! I am so grateful people share their yards/property in this way.

This is a great spot for dogs to explore. Interesting nooks & crannies with grasses and trees to sniff. Lovely open field in back for ball toss. Chickens handle the dog's attention easily & aren't too much of a focus. Train came through right when we arrived but wasn't overly upsetting to the dogs (remember to look both ways before crossing the road).

we got lost on our first visit, OUR FAULT for not paying attention to the given advise. Don't plug in the address and expect to get there! But our pups were over the top happy to have new, cool, places to explore. And the chickens were accepted by the pups. No problem there.

What a perfect spot! My pup loved romping around this beautiful yard in the snow. He was fascinated by the chickens and had so much fun zooming around the trees. Will definitely be back :)

Secure, fenced inside with lots of nooks and crannies for my dog to sniff. He was especially curious about the chickens! Finding the entrance was a little tricky because Google maps took me down to River Road when I should have stuck to Dockman Trail. Once I figured that out, no problems

Such a spacious and fun spot! We weren’t quite sure how our dogs would do with the chickens, but it was easy enough to redirect them. One of the dogs had trouble seeing the wire fence and ran into it a couple of times before taking note of the boundary. Securely fenced, lots of toys/balls, and we hope to make it back in the summer for the little pool!

All in all had a fabulous time with our pups! We did learn that one of our pups is a bit skittish when trains pass and we encountered one train go by while we were there so if you have pups that are sensitive to those kinda noises that’s the only thing I’d keep in mind! Other than that so much room for the pups to run around and sniff! Will definitely be back!

Great spot to play! When you latch the gate - be sure to latch the mesh fencing at the bottom of gate. I didn't see this the first time and my dog walked out!
