We rented this Sniffspot for my three with varying degrees of reactivity. They absolutely loved the pool and all the smells. It was a fun and enriching experience for them. That said, please be aware that you might see and hear other dogs. The neighbors have dogs that they occasionally let out into their yard. Thankfully, their dogs were not reactive, even when my dogs charged the fence. Two of mine eventually lost interest, but one stayed fixated, so we had to keep him on leash since the neighbor dogs kept coming into view. We've been working hard to break our dog's fence aggression. Unfortunately, OUR backyard is surrounded by neighbor dogs that run the fence line. But again, since the neighbor dogs were non-reactive it did make the situation manageable. That being said, we were really grateful that the neighbor dogs remained calm, and the neighbor was kind enough to round them up and get them away from the fence. It became a training moment for our crew to work on recall and helped them have a positive experience with calm dogs. And positive experiences with other dogs when working with timid and reactive dogs is very important. Even with the restrictions on our dogs, we will be booking this spot again. The pool was such a hit, and our dogs had a great time. Next time, we’ll bring a long lead for the one dog who needs more help with his recall. Overall, this is a great spot. The pool is fantastic for dogs that love water. Just know ahead of time that you might encounter the neighbor dogs.

This was our first time visiting a sniff spot and it was so easy and the dogs had so much fun! The space is beautiful and host was quick to respond.

Communication with the host was excellent! This was our first time and our 3 dogs had an excellent time. One dog got a bath. Another dog learned to get in and out of kiddie pool. Water for humans and dogs to drink for hot days. We plan to return. And dogs slept rest of the day after their adventure!

Wonderful place! Easy to find, secure, beautiful, huge, and well-maintained. Lots of big trees provide lots of shade. We had an early Sunday morning reservation, and the doggie pool was ready for us with clean, cold water. And the chickens are safely behind 2 fences! This was our first Sniffspot experience and we will definitely be back - probably ALOT in the cool months!!

The experience was great. The backyard was clean, quiet and big. We all enjoyed it and will definitely book again.

Betsy is a rescue and timid with other dogs. Once inside the gate, she ran her butt off!!!! She was so funny! Tumbling over herself she had so much room to run! Also she heard horses, cows and saw other dogs next door too! What an adventure. Maybe she can learn to swim??

STILL my puppies and my favorite Sniffspot! Clean, safe, secure, and quiet with a huge yard big enough to use a Chuck It Thrower and the best pool ever! Puppies always have an absolute blast and I always look forward to our next visit!

A bit of a drive but so worth it!!! Such a beautiful and peaceful property!! First time taking my dog off leash anywhere and he loved it. There was plenty of shade and the. Water, toys, and trash can were great!!! Will definitely be back—loved the trees and the breeze!

What a gem! The place was perfect for our 3 furbabies to roam around, it was so scenic and quiet. Definitely worth the hour drive, will consider returning in the future. 💕 Our babies were pooped afterwards 😅🐶

The pool is wonderful and very clean. Our pack had a blast, they played and swam. It is a very nice spot to bring your pack! We will definitely visit it again.

Once you visit this sniffspot, you’re going to be spoiled. This is hands-down the best spot at the best price! The place is organized, equipped, and maintained well. You and your “man’s best friend” are gonna love it!

We took our puppy and adult dog to swim and it was great! This is our second time here because we enjoyed it so much. The pool and yard is clean and safe for the pups. They had a blast swimming and exploring!

Beautiful spot and easy drive from Houston. Owner was very accommodating and helpful for first time user. Everything was so convenient. Kona loved it!

This was our first time using a sniffspot and it was amazing! Sandrea was very responsive and helpful with all the questions I had. I brought my personal dog and my rescue foster and they had a blast. It was quiet with no other dogs or people around, and they loved the pool to cool down on! We will definitely be coming back!

Our pack of four had a blast at this beautiful gem. This is a paradise for doggies. It is safe, and free of risks, with much shade thanks to the beautiful trees that provide a very relaxing and shaded environment. The dog pool that the property owners kindly set was their favorite spot. Thank you for your hospitality!

What a gem! Doggie and reactive dog heaven! JD’s Sniffspot has everything you and your doggies need for a relaxing and fun time together. Toys, kiddie pool, and all the space to roam. My dog loved seeing the chickens too! Julie is also so accommodating and kind! Can’t wait to come back!

This spot was absolutely amazing! super clean and completely fenced up. They leave treats for the doggos and plenty of balls to play with :) Sandrea is very responsive and makes you feel very welcomed. My puppy LOVED it here!! He actually learned to swim in this pool 🥺 He loved running around with the zoomies and then jumping in to get the balls! This place was awesome! Cant wait to come back :)
