We have dog boarding in our home, very small scale, only 1-3 families board in our home at a time. Check out our Rock Creek Critter Care Facebook page for boarding info. Snow/mud/grass/amenities will change with the seasons. Please ask any questions you may have before booking as this is a new endeavor for us! The dog fence does share a fence line with the paddock for my horse and goat, please be respectful of the other critters on the yard as we do have an indoor/outdoor cat as well. Mon-Fri mornings are not available for 1st time bookings, as I am not available for a meet/greet. Come enjoy our expansive, completely fenced-in backyard, which is roughly 1/2 an acre. We charge $15/hour/dog. The 2nd & 3rd dogs are 50% off. We are happy to share our backyard with dog(s) and their owners who would like to have a very large, private place for their dogs to run, sniff, and play. The area is on the edge of a rural setting. Enjoy expanses of wide open area as hayfields surround our property. There are many areas for the humans to sit and watch their dog(s) run around and have fun. There is a picnic table, benches, tables/chairs, and gliders. Have fun watching our critters whose pens are just on the other side of our backyard. We have horses, goats, ducks, and chickens. (Dogs are not allowed in with the farm animals.) We have a fenced in garden area within the backyard. The garden is surrounded by rose bushes. In the middle is a courtyard with glider benches around a propane fire pit, a table/chairs, with a tiered water fountain in the middle. (Dogs not allowed within the garden area.) Enjoy the many types of birds that fly overhead on their way to Peltier Lake. There are also Sandhill cranes that show up periodically, as well as turkeys & geese. Treat your dog to a wide open area to sniff, play, and run to their heart’s content. Treat yourself to a pleasant setting that is like no other. We look forward to your visit!

We don't use lawn chemicals, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight.
