We have mowed paths that run through our fields. The backyard is also available to use. The path can start from behind the barn or in the back left corner of the property. You can use any space from the path to the house. The field beyond the pathway is not ours and the dirt road is not our property as well.

Property has a 2800 foot driveway to a farm a Campground and a swamp. Fields around along with Forest land and wildlife. Welcome Shed for campers, has items for Sniffspot on an honor system basis. Enjoy a camp spot to rest or chairs or benches through the field or camp sites. Visit the farm with your pup leashed during the visit up to house and barn. This is the only place a leash is needed on the property.

Bear Brook Canine Camp

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway in the winter. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends and most weekdays too. Enjoyable farm fields with lots of room for dogs to roam and play. Wildlife does show up at times, anywhere from deer, turkeys, skunks and porcupines. During deer season we do require the owner and dog to be wearing orange, and don’t have guests come on Saturdays.

Watkins Woods Private Dog Park on Mt. Kearsarge

Fully fenced yard on Mt. Kearsarge in Warner, NH bordering Rollins State Park located at the historic property settled by the Watkins family in the early 1790’s. Abner Watkins was a founding father of Warner and a soldier in the Revolutionary War serving under Ebenezer Webster, father of Daniel. They fought in the Battles of Bennington and Saratoga and came back victorious. Abner with his wife Ruth and family retired up here on the mountain and is buried at the small cemetery down the road. Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful oak, maple, birch, pine & ash trees and let your dogs run, play and find sticks. I’m ok if they dig! That’s what dogs love to do! Plenty of shade and a new picnic table. Right next door is the Rollins State Park toll gate to go up Mt. Kearsarge and also access to miles of hiking trails. Fresh drinking water for the dogs! 10 Acre Field + Woods to Explore!

I have a 10 acre field (with some pretty nice views) + 60 acres of woods that I'd love to share. Right now the woods are in a pretty natural state (the trails aren't groomed & are in the process of being maintained) so depends on your adventure-ability whether you want to venture that way. There is a brook about 0.7 miles from the parking spot though! My dogs love it. But the field is great for getting a full sprint going or ball toss, etc. My dogs are visible from some areas of the field. If you would prefer not to see other dogs, please plan on walking the back woods with your dog(s). The field is fine to drive on - you'd pull in and drive along the left edge to the back where there is a gap in the rock walk and pick up the trails from there. Please do not park in the driveway - instead, pull off on the side of the road (please make sure you are fully off the road) on the grass or turn into the field a bit and park along the white fence
