A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished.

We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. *The new deck is done! We still have some nice new furniture planned (including a fire pit for the winter), so please be patient with the rinky dink stuff we have right now 😁. The general plan is to have our sniffspot guests use the lower deck (to be closer to their dogs), but if your dogs happens to run up to the upper deck, no big deal!* We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a balance beam, a slide, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a little patio table if you'd like to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline. With the slide, not every dog can manage to get up it, so please just use your judgment and be safe 😁.

Watch your dog learn with a mirror at dog height, a PVC tube where you talk in one end and the dog listens on the other, start a tug of war on lariet rope, let your dog tumble after a ball on the green hill. Dogs experience the texture of river rocks, mulch, digging dirt, tall grass, rocks and a sometimes slippery mowed hill. Plenty sun and shade and seats. Members can expand on their experiences with use of the fire pit. Firewood is complimentary and I ask for a day notice. On request Members can also borrow the Resident Dog Beach Pass during their stay. This gives access to the Community private Cheapeake Bay Beach 0.4 miles down the street. On a personal note from your host, I was an AirBnB Superhost in downtown Annapolis running a dog-friendly place. When I moved to Pasadena I wanted to continue the tradition, of welcoming both sides of the leash.

There are 2 dogs next door on the side with the 6 foot fence and 1 small dog on the side with the lower slatted fence. The back fence is 5 foot. Street parking.

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! I have put out some Halloween decorations, feel free to let your dogs sniff/pee on them 😅, or just desensitize them to decorations. Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training.
