Our home is down a quiet road that ends on a cul de sac, you may park in the driveway or the street. There are 2 available gates on either side of the house. Beyond the gates, you will find a basic family yard. Grass is trimmed. There's a play-set, a welcoming patio, and a few chairs around a fire pit. It's a great space to throw a ball or sit and let your dog explore. We do have neighbor dogs that may say hi at the fence. Message me if you need wifi or have any questions! We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. CERTAINLY, please take the map provided at the entry table.

Brand new fence! Officially opened! Located off of a quiet road by the Sky Meadows State Park entrance. We live on the property with our two rescue dogs (but they will be kept away and inside the house during your visit). Our property has a brand new fence (wood paddock style with reinforced cattle wire mesh) that we would like to share with people and their dogs who need some exercise. Many amenities around including wineries, scenic views, Sky Meadows State Park, historical landmarks, and more. Please reach out if you have any questions! Large fully fenced play field perfect for chuck-it, frisbee, or just hanging out. Seating, shade, and raised beds available so you and your pup can take a breather. Check the extras for pools and agility equipment! One large former horse pasture surrounded by split-rail fencing for dogs who are on leash (or reliable off-leash) to sniff, hike and play in. PLEASE NOTE: Our Spot does not have good lighting. We will be changing our hours once the time changes, but in the meantime be aware of when the sun sets before you make an evening appointment. Arrival Notes: • Parking: Please park in front of the garbage cans located by the garage. • Dog Etiquette: Kindly keep your dogs leashed and off the front lawn. They can relieve themselves in the designated circle or elsewhere if necessary, but please minimize their presence on the front lawn. • Dog Waste: Dispose of all bagged dog waste in the trash can with the black lid in front of the garage before leaving. • Entrance and Exit: Access the field from either the path behind the garage or the gravel path on the right hand side of the driveway. The side yard next to the garage is off-limits. • Supplies: Dog bags are available in the boxes attached to the fence. There is a water bowl next to the hose bib for your convenience. Additionally, a picnic table, chairs, bug spray, and hand sanitizer are provided for your use. • Further Exploration: At the bottom of the stairs, another single gate with more dog bags provides access to the field, creek, and wooded walk. Please leash your dogs beyond this point unless they have excellent recall. Wildlife such as deer, foxes, raccoons, rabbits, hawks, and even beavers may be encountered. • Paths: To the left, a path leads through the woods, up the hill, and around the garage. On the right-hand side of the field, a gravel path leads back up to the driveway. You are welcome to explore the property with your dog(s). Description: • Property Overview: The property spans five acres and includes half an acre of fully fenced lawn, wooded paths, and an open field bordered by Popes Head Creek. Dogs enjoy running and playing off-leash in the fenced lawn area, and there are designated spots like a fire hydrant in the pea gravel area and a sandbox for their use. The creek offers a refreshing spot for dogs to explore and cool off. The property also provides numerous picturesque opportunities in all seasons. Dog Toys: • You are welcome to use the toys I just ask that you return them before you leave. Dog Limitations: • Limit: We allow up to 4 dogs per reservation. If you wish to bring more or arrange a play date, please contact us to discuss it. Vehicle Limitations: • Vehicles: Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 vehicles. If you plan to bring a third vehicle, please add "Extra - Extra Vehicle" to your reservation and inform us to ensure adequate space. Child Supervision: • Children: Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents are liable for any damage caused by their children.
