Great walk through the woods, perfect for my older dog that still likes to hike but can't quite deal with rough terrain anymore. Thank you!

This trail is perfect for hiking with your dog (and any other friends/dogs you bring along). It is definitely quite steep, so be prepared for a bit of a work-out. Towards the top I seemed to lose the trail and could not quite figure out how to get to the end. There are supposed to be signs at the end but the trail I was on seemed to end abruptly. Most of the path is well-marked but at some point it became a bit confusing. Regardless, this sniff-spot is well-worth visiting and we will be back!

Amazing spot!! It was quite the hike but there were plenty of rest stops along the stream. It was so peaceful and quiet. Our dog had a blast. The trail was clear and easy to follow. We didn't make it to the top but still saw lots of pretty views. We will have to try again next time!

What a wonderful hike! Our puppy had so much fun! Parking instructions were detailed and clear, our host messaged us with even more details. Directions from the parking area to the trail head were detailed and clear as well. We were warned about mud and of course ticks. The trail was very clearly marked and runs along a beautiful brook with crystal clear water that our pup loved drinking out of. We booked for 2 hours so we could take our time and our pup could explore freely and soak up all the smells. I can only imagine how beautiful it will be when everything comes back to life! We can’t wait to book and visit again soon!

This was my second visit, and the trail was a great hike! My dog loved playing in the river and running around the woods. Right now the trail is very muddy with some large puddles by the parking area, just wear appropriate shoes and you will be fine!

Vito and Tikka had a great time visiting the trail today! As said in other reviews, it's a HIKE!! Definitely be prepared to go uuuuuppp. That said, it was a perfect, cool day to go up and the kids had a blast. I kept them on a long leash since it's a new area, and we definitely got tangled a few times, but in general it was a very clear, easy path. It's clearly marked and we followed that. Given the time of year (leaves) and the amount of rain, the main trail had some hidden holes in the ground as you're going up. Vito stepped into one and I'm really glad it was him and not me because I probably would have hurt myself. So, just be careful, and watch where you step. I'll definitely be returning with Vito and others! A note on time: I spent about 90 minutes going up and down, but I definitely could have used more time to keep going. Coming down was slower than I expected because it was so steep at points that I really had to go slow, esp since the dogs were leashed to me. Again, be careful and give yourself enough time!

Always fun to have our dog safely off leash in natural surroundings. A good time for all of us. Happy to have the option. Thank you!

Always a great place my dog and I can relax. I appreciated the new trail improvements for traversing some of the typically wet spots! Beautiful this time of year!

Great spot to explore with your dog if you’re looking to avoid other dogs or get in a nice decompression hike. We did about a mile up with 741ft of elevation gain. The trail was pretty well marked, but does shift from hiking trail to ATV trail, which was pretty washed out and muddy after all the rain. Definitely nice having the brook with a few good access points, but it’s for sure a hike. There looked to be a few trails near the bottom that might loop back around, but no markings. It would be a nice addition for anyone not up for a steep hike, overall good spot for anyone with reactive dogs.

Amazing hike, my dog and i both got an excellent workout! Having the brook to cool off in along the way was great. I will be back!

Great experience. Trail was well marked, private, shaded, and the brook running along the trail was great on a hot day. Herbie loved it.

incredible, the trail was a real calf-burner but it was so much fun. we got to work on off leash behavior and recall in a place that felt open and private. we throughly enjoyed the experience and will be back. our first reservation was 2 hours and i wish we'd reserved 3!

Great spot! Uphill hike but the dogs loved it, including the brook that ran aside the trail was a nice perk for them.

Our first SniffSpot experience and it was exactly what I hoped. My reactive dog got to hike worry free (me being worry free) and had a blast. This spot is beautiful, grassy to start, then wooded, following a babbling brook. Flowers blooming in the grassy area smelled amazing. Trail does go UP so be prepped for that. According to my Garmin watch we ascended 1000 ft over a half mile. My dog had no issues. 10/10 do recommend.

I've been excited to visit this spot for a while and WOW was it worth it!! The signs and directions were very clear, the grassy part well mowed and the wooded part well marked! It follows an up hill along a beautiful brook, and we had SO many photogenic moments! I had one dog on a 30 foot long lead because her recall is so-so and the other off leash. The trail was narrow in parts but we were just fine with the long lead. Such a great training opportunity for my dog with prey drive! She needs trails like this so badly, to work on recalling despite seeing animals she wants to chase. I did not expect the trail to be so beautiful too ❤️ 10/10 we will be coming again! P.S. I wore rubber boots because it was raining and it was helpful for the grassy area, otherwise regular shoes would've been fine on a non rainy day.

This is my first sniff spot experience and I completely overjoyed with the time at Lynn's property. Having a reactive pittie to have all the space and freedom to frolick without any worries about other dogs is a game changer. My heart is so full and I'm so thankful!! We will be back! Beautiful spot! Trail is clearly marked and well-maintained. This gorgeous piece of land is on a hill, so it’s a climb (steep in places); wear appropriate shoes and bring bug spray. Our pups had a wonderful time!

We had such a great time on Brook Run! I have four dogs and as a group they can be a LOT so it was amazing to have the peace of mind to know they could run and play without running into any other dogs or people. Will definitely be back!
