Summer's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Richland

Fully fenced back yard! Entrance gate is at the front of the house to the left. Fence is 6’ along half the front, one side, and along the back. Rest of fence is 4’ along the other side and front of house. The yard is half grass and half concrete patio. In the summer/fall there are persimmon, pear, plum, jujube, and cherry trees to pick from! In our space you’ll have access to two goodie baskets, one for the people and one for the pups. The people basket has hats, gloves, and blankets (in the winter months), snacks, water bottles, hand sanitizer, and dog bags. The pup basket has a couple treat options, a clean water pitcher to refill their bowl, a towel to dry them off, some toys and a brush and nail clippers. You’re more than welcome to bring your own toys and equipment as well! All towels, stuffed toys, gloves, hats, and blankets are washed in hot water and run through a sanitize cycle after each visit, regardless of use. They’re squeaky clean and safe for you to use! There’s seating on the patio and a fire pit available if requested. Please use the pooper scooper/dog bags and garbage can to clean up after your dog before you leave. We hope you enjoy our space!

We had such a lovely time! My dog ran until she couldn’t run any longer. The run is large enough to throw a ball a great distance and engage even the fastest running pups. It was clean and tidy. We enjoyed watching and hearing the geese flying over head and landing in the pond next to the run. We will definitely be back!

Fletcher Farm is our first SniffSpot visit with our Great Dane, and it was fantastic! Directions were straight forward, and land was beautiful. Area was large enough for his long legs to stretch out while still contained for us to play chase with him. Tons of toys available which we took full advantage of. Great little spot with plenty of room for our pup to play with her chuck it! Very easy to locate with easily accessible parking. Make sure you pay attention to signs though so you don’t accidentally wander into the wrong yard like we did. Hint: if you get to your sniff spot and wonder why there’s a random gap in the fence you’re probably in the wrong spot

Very pretty spot. Plenty big enough and flat. Only saw one person at quite a distance and no other dogs at all. My two are super reactive and the spot even worked for them. Fencing was great. We had a great time. Lots of birds to chase. ;) Thank you for sharing your spot.

This field is LONG and perfect for ball and Frisbee! We brought our two Shepherds, and they were POOPED! There's only a small corner of shade, so bring a hat and sunscreen. Lots of poop bags and chuckits. Sanitizer on the table, water bowls, and a fresh water tap. This place is going on our favorite list for sure.

My dog wasn’t too thrilled once she got her sniffs in but thats just her as she’s lazy. To the right dog this place is phenomenal. Huge long yard and the grass isn’t tall so they can find tennis balls easily

We're "regulars" at this spot. Haven't left a review in a while, so figured it was time for an update. We use this spot because it is a great space for dogs that need a large exercise space in a relatively quiet environment (which is what our dog needs). As a pasture field, with full fencing all around, it's large enough to get a lot of energy out of just about any dog. And it's relatively free of distractions from people and animals. It's located in a small farm environment, so it's a pretty relaxing place to be for a visit. A couple points to keep in mind for a visit to this spot. The grass condition is pretty good for a pasture environment (and is perfectly fine for us), but don't expect fully manicured turf. There are a few bare spots. And it's a pretty open area, with only a bit of shade available in one corner of the spot. As far as large, secure, spots go in this area, we've found this spot to be one of the best options.
