Plenty of space for high energy 50-70lb breeds to burn some energy playing chase/fetch in the meadow and hunting for "new" balls, plus trees and boulders to play hide & seek (fun/easy recall reinforcement). In case of use to others in the near term: Current conditions are a mix of damp thatch (with some pokeweed or similar mixed in?) and a few patches of snow/mud. Great spot!!A R.

55Great trip like always! Went on a day it was really warm in Denver and my dog loved that there was so much snow to roll around in the shady areas. It’s our favorite SniffSpot! Plenty of flat land to run and off to the side there’s rocks and my dog loves climbing up the mountain too. Boundaries are marked well.
Also confused by the recent review of 1 star because they couldn’t find the location. It’s SUPER easy to find. They have pictures included of where you park. It’s on the left with the big plastic jug looking things lol a ton of my friends have gone here and never had issues so don’t let that comment make you anxious, it’s not hard to find at all! 🥰Kristin W.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
