55Kelly’s property is a dog oasis. Completely fenced and secure. I’ve been searching for something like this for my dog who is dog reactive to have a safe place to get some exercise. Unfortunately there was a (very well behaved) dog on the adjacent property free roaming for half of our session which triggered my dog. Just a heads up for others if you have a dog reactive dog. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
