55Great upkeep during the winter months, and a wonderful secluded space for two dogs meeting for the first time :) water is provided, along with buckets along the path for #2 cleanup. 55Great spot for some outdoor time not too far from the city! My dog had a blast the entire time from the parking spot, down the trail, exploring the area which was very peaceful and beautiful and back to the car. I also enjoyed my time there as well sitting in the swing chair and relaxing while he did his dog things.Ari T.

55Super fun place for the pups to run around and get their toes wet in the water! It is beautifully shaded with wood swings for humans to sit and watch. It does have an incline and flip flops are not recommended! Very clean and peaceful. Directions were spot on.Kristine O.

55This is a very quiet and peaceful spot and trail is quite a bit below the road so no worries about cars (although we only saw two cars when we were driving in). The hosts were very thoughtful with walking sticks, waste bags and containers, comfortable places to sit by the water and fresh/clean drinking water for both humans and dogs. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
