55Great flat open field, fencing is all around. Livestock is visible but not accessible. Easy parking, direct to spot. Would like another waste station to make a bag deposit. Came on a day of rain showers, and the area was not soaked. Dogs stayed mostly clean and dry.Triston B.

55Lovely property! As stated in the listing, there is some animal poop, but it truly is minimal - areas are obviously well-maintained, my local park is more full of dog poop. The driveway up was a little flooded, if you have a low-clearance car I would be careful, I could feel mine really having to push its way through. I could see the fence being an issue if you have a very large or determined dog, but it was totally fine for my 25lb boy. Victor S.

I’d likely come back, but with one of my other dogs who is a little less excited at seeing and easily meeting livestock. This is a lovely sniff spot with what I’m sure are great smells and a nice big area to run around in. Even in the downpour, we had an excellent time!

Be aware that the road nearby is fairly active, and my big dogs could easily fit under the fencing at the opposite side, so if your pup is working on recall it may not be a great spot for you, but mine were all happy to stay close and fetch balls, so we had a blast.
