Welcome to Phi’s Fetch & Fun Retreat! Our fenced-in space, just over a quarter acre, is perfect for pups who love a mix of open space for running and cozy spots for relaxing. With plenty of room to zoom around, some nice shade from the trees, and the occasional bunny or squirrel sighting, it’s a little slice of doggy paradise.

I live in a neighborhood. Everybody around is very nice and the neighborhood is very safe. Wonderful walking areas including 2 rock paths. 1 of the rock paths is in a forest like environment. There are trees on one side and a hill where you can see houses on the other side. Both paths are quiet and peaceful. There is also a sidewalk that goes around the neighborhood.

We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! What I love about the yard is you can pretty much see the entire area from anywhere you stand so it makes for more relaxing and less worrying when your dog is out of sight. One acre grassy field fronting the peaceful Big Elk Creek. Easy access to the stony beach at the water’s edge. Lightly travelled road with one-lane bridge. Steep hills on either side help discourage roaming. Creek is stocked with trout. During first two weeks of trout season, creek is well populated with fishermen/women but they seldom bring dogs. Otherwise, there are occasional visitors to this area. Great spot for pups and kids to run, swim and explore. Peace and tranquillity for all to enjoy.

A private, fully fenced area in southern Lancaster County. There are trees for shade and plenty of room for running and playing! I have two of my own dogs that use the space, but I will ensure my dogs cannot enter the yard during visits. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and respecting the space.

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

Welcome to our backyard! You would never know it from the street but behind my house is a hidden gem in the city. It is fully fenced and dogs large and small cannot escape. It has multiple areas to sniff and things to look at. For 3/4 of the year we are beautifully shaded. Dogs can run hang out but mostly they just love to sniff.
