Beautiful and spacious backyard that you can tell is very much loved and cared for! Next door neighbor was outside working and their little terrier showed up to say hi (before he got spooked by my horse of a dog 😅). They ran back and forth along the fence line just fine which gave my Dane a nice workout! Pupper was spent and happy by the end, perfect for the short drive to a self dog wash 😄 thank you so much for sharing your lovely space and the fun times!

I saw the side entrance to the backyard and instantly knew this will be my favorite Sniffspot for I can drive my Tahoe into the backyard and close the gate and don't have to worry about my huskies getting loose. I have three huskies and one husky is blind so I need to give him extra attention in getting into and out of my Tahoe with a hitch step. The backyard is large but not too large to keep an eye on the pack. There's a nice decking area for shade and rain. Under the decking area there's table and chairs for the human to rest and relax. Water spigot is available to provide drinking water. The neighbor has a small dog that loves to play and kept my huskies busy throughout our visit. The 4 ft fencing along with that neighbor yard you need to keep an eye out if your dog likes to dig. The bottom of the fence is loose and can be easily dig through if you are not watching.

I appreciated getting a chance to check this place out with my girl even though they were not officially open. It look for are to returning again when they decide to officially open this spot. Big beautiful field with minimal distractions.

Great Sniffspot. Larger than average sized with lots of space to run and explore. My pups had a great time and it was very quiet and peaceful with no visual distractions. It was super clean with not one piece of trash, debris or dog poop on site. It’s been raining a lot lately so some areas are muddy with standing water so the humans should wear waterproof shoes and the dogs will love it 😊 I really liked the deer sculptures🥰 I appreciate having this gem in my community. We will be back.

My dogs loved running in the field! Lots of tall grass to roll around in. It's a very sunny spot mid day. There was some mud in shady spots on the edges of the field that my dog particularly enjoyed. Will be back soon.

Lovely spot! The grass are tall in places and can be pretty wet, so make sure you wear waterproof shoes. The pictures may not be clear, but there is wire perimeter fence all around the property. We will definitely visit again!

Great area for the dogs to play. Fence to get into the yard does have large gaps.. for small dogs it might be a concern but the dogs wouldn’t be able to get out to the main road.

As pictured: huge open field. Great for the high energy dog you loves the Chuckit! Grass was mowed which is nice I’ve noticed some Other sniff spots are getting overgrown and that reduces the usability. There weren’t any SniffSpot signs but it’s pretty obvious where you need to go. Fantastic spot and great price.

Great piece of property my dog had lots of space for me to throw ball and to explore some. It was very clean. My dog is reactive and had no issues. You can hear dogs barking near by, but my dog had no interest to check it out. The host was very nice and patient with me...I don't hear well. This is a place I would visit again!

Our dogs had the time of their lives running around and playing on Ian’s expansive and safe property. Ian is a wonderful man with a heart of gold. I can’t wait to take my grand-pups back there.

This is a beautiful spot! It’s very large and open with fruit trees. Since it was my first time there I walked in and looked around before bringing soba in then brought soba in on a leash. The host was there to greet me. Immediately when I let soba off leash she started romping around and playing. Soon the hosts daughter came out to play (after I let the host know that soba was fine with children). Make sure to let the host know in advance if your dog is fearful because she will alter her approach for different dogs. The spot has privacy fences except along the back and I didn’t see or hear any other dogs while I was there. There was a cat that ran away and watched from outside the fence, and there was a dog on a line down the street as I walked in. The host does not own any dogs. This space is great for fetch and relaxing in a tranquil environment.

Chester had a great time. Neighbors on both sides had dogs that Chester was very interested in meeting. 😂 They were not barking or being distractive at all. It’s a good size yard if you want to just let your dog loose, or kick a ball around. It’s not big enough for a ChuckIt. Overall, good sized yard, great parking and very easy to find.

Great backyard with plenty of space for two very active dogs to play in! Neighbors yard had two small dogs that seemed well behaved and wanted in on the action! They left the gate open for us when we got there so no contact with the hosts except over messaging. Much appreciated and would use again!

Great spot! Our pup enjoyed the pool and the chance to romp. She had a few "yell through the fence" moments at neighboring dogs, so if you have a reactive dog, keep that in mind.

Very great yard with nice shade for summer. The kids pool is a nice bonus for the dogs also. There are other dogs on all sides of the fence that bark a lot but generally leave after a while
