We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include a dog jump, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a small dog tunnel, furniture on the lower deck for you to sit down, and a hammock (not the best looking, but still works 😁).

Welcome to our spacious, fully fenced 0.25-acre yard in Odenton, Maryland—perfect for off-leash fun, relaxation, and a refreshing swim! Amenities include: Swimming Pool - Available for both dogs and their human companions. The pool is open for use. Please note that water temperatures are currently over 80°F. All guests who choose to enter the pool do so at their own risk. Secure Fencing - The yard is enclosed with a 5-foot wooden privacy fence. A few boards have become loose over the winter and are scheduled for repair over the next few weeks. While the yard remains generally secure, we recommend maintaining visual contact with any dog that may be a flight risk, just as a precaution. On-Site Dogs: Occasionally, we board up to four dogs on-site. They are kept calm and separated during guest visits to ensure a peaceful experience. Overall, it is fairly flat and dogs love to 𝙧𝙪𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 not to mention all the great sniffing potential. There are open areas for dogs to stretch their legs and chase each other and flowers, shade and seating for their human companion(s). There is a 𝙢𝙖𝙣-𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 (more detail below) in the back that depending on rainfall, may be running full or just at a trickle. It is ideal for your pup to explore and cool off in. The yard offers plenty of great 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙩 opportunities to take tons of pictures throughout the various seasons. 🦋 The yard is a 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙃𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩®, we are trying to help nature where and when we can. The flower beds have been designed for local critters - birds, turtles, pollinators, etc so absolutely no killing of any bees, butterflies, spiders, turtles, snakes, birds or other wildlife you may find. It also means you will likely encounter gnats, mosquitos and possibly ticks - all great bird food but not so nice for us humans and our pups. So please be sure your pup is current on their preventatives. We do provide bug spray for you to use - just be sure to use in the lawn and not near any of the flower beds. In the summer months grass may get a little taller to help out the fireflies. If you can, take a cool pic to share - we'd love to see it. 💉𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦: To help ensure a safe environment for visiting pups and our own, guests will need to provide current 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 for rabies and DHPP (distemper, parvo, etc) for EACH dog visiting. Each dog visiting must have received their full round of puppy vaccines AND must be at least 6 months old. If you have questions, feel free to reach out. Once on file, you are good to go until their renewal date. If the vaccination info is not received 1 hour prior to your start time, your reservation will be cancelled. If you want a key date/time, I recommend securing it with a reservation for one dog and then updating the reservation once we have talked. 🐶 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢𝗚𝗦 - There are some spots at the bottom of the fence a small dog (cat size) might be able to get under - they are meant for our cats and other wildlife. If you are bringing a small dog, let me know and we can block the openings ahead of time. 🚗 𝗩𝗘𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧- 𝑴𝒂𝒙𝒊𝒎𝒖𝒎 𝒐𝒇 2 vehicles per reservation. If a 3rd vehicle will be brought, please select and add "Extra F - Extra Vehicle" to your reservation and send us a note so we can make sure there is sufficient space. 👶 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗡 - Children under 18 are to be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for any and all damage their child causes. ✨𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗦 - Extras will change depending on the season. If you don't see something you might like, let us know and we'll be happy to consider it.
