1st experience and it was a good one. Dogs had room to roam and sniff. Close to home for us, but not far from town either. Fully fenced, no other animals within reach. Horses were on site in a different field. Wish was a tad closer! A+++ and will rent here again 💯 %

We had a fantastic time at Richards Sniffspot! My two pups had the best time exploring and chasing each other. There were a few gaps my escape artist of a dog could have gotten out of, but I was able to cover the spots with items that were around.

The field is great! It’s nice for on and off leash walking. There are some open spots in the enclosure to be aware of, but other than that it’s a nice big area.

This location is perfect! Close to home and I really just needed a place to play ball that gave my dog room to stretch her legs. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful large spot. Easy to find. Easy to park and stay a good distance away from the owner's house (we are a socially distanced household currently). Large field that was adequately maintained for a nice walk n run with the dogs. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time letting our young dog run in this field. He can really stretch his legs and go fast! Just FYI, he is a hunting dog and did happen to find the dead carcass of an animal. It is so nice to feel out in the country so close to the urban area. Thanks for a great experience!

Great open field with good visibility and easy parking. Well-maintained and super chill spot. Fyi, there are goats in the field behind this one, and the barbed wire fence is not secure. If your dog is a chase-y moron like my pit bull, you might want to leash up near the back fence. Fortunately my dogs have excellent recall, so she didn't get sliced to ribbons trying to eat goat meat for dinner. Love this spot and will definitely be back!

I cannot possibly recommend this sniff spot more!! The property was HUGE- my dog had so much fun running and sniffing. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about it- we will absolutely be coming back!

Love this field to run my dogs in! About 20 minutes in we heard a horse neigh near one edge. My little dog got curious, and I wasn’t going to risk letting him chase livestock. So we avoided the east side and just sort of stuck to the middle. Great way to let the dogs get their energy used up by playing fetch in the field and getting to run full blast! Thanks for opening this area up to the dogs!!!

This was my first time using SniffSpot. Our host, Lisa, greeted us upon arrival and very kindly explained the layout and accessible areas of the yard. My dog, Charlie, had a great time sniffing out every inch of it! We thoroughly enjoyed the space, playing ball until the point of exhaustion. Highly recommend!

Really a wonderful location with plenty of space to run and so many amazing sniffs. I am so appreciative, my pups can easily spend over an hour with their noses to the ground there! Very easy to find and access. Its essentially a very large field filled with grasses and other natives growing freely. Towards the back of the property there are some larger trees and a lower area that collects water seasonally between the berry bushes. My impression is that it's only a couple inches deep, but my labrador can easily squeeze back there and plops on in with glee. I can't comment on appropriateness for Reactive dogs. It's truely a rural location but there are cars on the streets and we have occasionally seen/heard a neighbor moving about on their property so it would depend on your dog's triggers. I haven't seen any other dogs or livestock along the immediate fence lines. The property is mostly fenced, however in some parts the fencing is just 2 or 3 strands of wire.

Easy to find, beautiful field. Austin was responsive and helpful when contacted. Land is mostly tall grass in an open field. Wear long pants. There’s a few trees near the back of the property with a low spot where water collects. Dogs can definitely squeeze in there to reach the water. I don’t think it’s very deep or clean. This property is on a corner lot and there are cars on the roads on two sides of the property. The fence will not keep most dogs “in”, as most of it is two or three wires running along the property line. So be mindful of this if your dog doesn’t stay close, doesn’t listen, or tends to chase cars or bikes.

Absolutely love this sniffspot! The owner gave us a quick tour and was so sweet and helpful. She was very understanding and accommodating to my reactive dog. The property has a sturdy wooden rain structure with plenty of chairs underneath. I loved that the property had two very large runs that were able to be gated off, one of my dogs gets overstimulated and it’s nice to be able to give him a separate space to relax and sniff around while the other dogs play. You can see the chickens, ducks, and alpacas but they separated through multiple gates and far away. It was the perfect opportunity to socialize my reactive dog to farm animals from a comfortable distance. Definitely will be visiting again.
