Welcome to our little off grid farm in Grafton NH! We have 4 dogs who will be in the house during your visit... but that means all the smells. ;) We have goats, horses, chickens, rabbits, ducks! We require your dog to be on leash and handled by an adult once out of your vehicle for everyone's safety. Explore the farm, the brooks, the trails, the woods... we are happy to show you around!

One spot has a nice clearing perfect for frisbee, doggie zooms and other games, lot also includes plenty of exploring. The 2nd lot has more of a light hike feel to it with a slight incline on heavy wooded lot area. Wonderful opportunity to allow dogs with good recall to be off-leash. Great exercise for you and your friend. For a small deposit we offer use of glow-jacket (up to lab size) frisbees, tennis balls. Free poop bags and water. Being in the animal rescue business for over 20 years we welcome your friend. *Please note, only dogs would good recall are allowed off leash. We do have 30-5-' leashes for those pups that don't recall.

Our Sniffspot is a safe, private place to exercise or train with your dog, or simply let them experience a new place and get a ton of good sniffing in!  The yard is fully fenced with 6' high solid wood panels. There are trees for shade, rocks and obstacles to climb on, toys to play with, and some agility equipment. We also plan to open up our short trail in the woods soon!  *NOTE: We have dogs of our own inside the house and sometimes boarding dogs in the business building. They won't be visible from the Sniffspot yard or outside at all while you're there, but occasionally they may bark and can be heard from in the yard. But we try our best to minimize any barking.  There is a buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet. Dogs must be vaccinated and free of parasites. Please make sure your dog is on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. You must pick up your dog's waste – there is a scooper and trash can for disposal. Questions? Enjoy this private yard with your pup that also has a spot to go into the river for a nice place to cool off from the summer sun. There is a road next to the spot but it’s not a very busy road we are also right next to horseshoe acres, if you enjoy camping that’s a wonderful place to stay as well and you could come down the street for a spot to let your dog run and swim in the river. You are responsible for picking up after your pet and yourself.

Ruby’s Retreat for Reactive Dogs is a place where a dog can come to be dog. We have about .75 acres fenced with a ramp, oversized dig box, hideout, tether tug, (available upon request)kiddie pool and or splash pad. We also have about an acre of wooded trails that were created for Ruby and her brother’s daily sniff and strolls. Ruby was dog reactive which limited her outings, we would like to give other dogs the opportunity to be a dog with no stress and just be a dog. This spot is in memory of Ruby and her way of helping other dogs like her. Rocky (Ruby’s brother) and Ruby were the inspiration behind what we’d like to offer your dog. Thanks for checking us out 🐾🐾

Fully fenced yard on Mt. Kearsarge bordering Rollins State Park located at the historic property settled by the Watkins family in the early 1790’s. Abner Watkins was a founding father of Warner and a soldier in the Revolutionary War serving under Ebenezer Webster, father of Daniel. They fought in the Battles of Bennington and Saratoga and came back victorious. Abner with his wife Ruth and family retired up here on the mountain and is buried at the small cemetery down the road. Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful oak, maple, birch, pine & ash trees and let your dogs run, play and find sticks. I’m ok if they dig! That’s what dogs love to do! Plenty of shade and a new picnic table. Right next door is the Rollins State Park toll gate to go up Mt. Kearsarge and also access to miles of hiking trails. Fresh drinking water for the dogs! Drive down and just head right to the lake! For the more adventurous there are a couple acres to bushwhack across the street All unfenced, peninsula provides natural barrier, very private Gravel road, bring sturdy shoes for walk down and back, needs to be graded after recent rain Recommend SUV or truck if driving down the hill! If sedan, park at top and walk down (although our sedan does make it down FYI)

Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. However we do live in a location which our neighbors dogs can be seen or heard. So if your dog is reactive to other dogs our spot might not be a right fit. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. However, UPS and Fedex do make deliveries so that is something to consider if your dog has issues. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

We are conveniently located off of Interstate’s 89 and 91, great for travelers who are passing through and whose pups need a break from the car ride! We have 2 lovable dogs who enjoy our fully fenced in front yard. We have 2 shade trees, water available as well as chairs for their humans. We are located in a neighborhood with frequent dog walkers and kids playing.

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Remote switch for lights is located on the bulletin board in the barn. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. Quiet 3 acres with private driveway for parking. Bordered by a lush treeline, your pup will enjoy the freedom of a large open field. About 20 minutes from Lebanon and Dartmouth. There's an option to clip your dog to a 85 ft tie out lead to for safety. Tall grass and muddy spots may be present, so proceed with caution. Private structures are off limits, however enjoy the secluded floating deck and stream just a short walk from behind the shed in the back. Water is free flowing and clean, but swim at your own risk. Explore the wooded area and experience a slice of peaceful New England!

Welcome to our Sniffspot! We bought our property especially for the large yard. It’s a great space for dogs to run and play and sniff. The street facing part of the yard has 6ft privacy fence and the rent has a combo of chain link, 6ft wood or heavy duty wire. The yard is very secure for both large and small dogs. We have lots of birds, squirrel and chipmunks, and occasionally a raccoon or fox visits so the smells are endless. We hope your pup(s) will enjoy it as Miah as ours does.

September 28th- the pool is being taken down for the season today. Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.

Let your pup run in open yard. Lots of sticks, some wildlife sightings. Ample parking off a private dirt road. Not set up as dog friendly, but we have the land! Currently set up exclusively as carry in, carry out. You MUST clean up after your dog! Stay on the open areas, there is bow and arrow practice in neighboring woods. If dogs are prone to running, it’s not the space for you. Currently offering on a trial basis. Sprinklers and possible additional amenities available upon request and as we grow!

Welcome to Canine Connection! We are a fully indoor space to rent. We provide approx. 4000 sq. ft. play area with toys and complimentary coffee/water and tea for guests. We have basic agility equipment, sanitary stations in case of accidents, and pet first aid kits readily available. We hope your pups and you enjoy playing in our space!

Fenced in yard with deck. Dog friendly, chicken coop in yard but chickens are kept inside coop at all times. No other animals will be present. Enjoy time to let your dog roam and run!

A large farm property. Featuring large fields with mowed paths for walking and long grass for exploring. There will be a seating area with a trash can provided for pet waste and drinking water for your fluffy friends. In case of sudden rain you are welcome to open the barn door and sit inside and wait out the storm or get out of the sun for a minute. Thier is a hose and kiddie pool if your dog wants to play in the water. Thier are goats and ducks on property in a fenced in area please control your dog around them and do not allow into the fences areas. Feel free to sniff through the fence. Your dogs can run off leash safely the property is located in a dirt road with little traffic lots of people walking the road with their pets. Thier is a public pond a little down the road you can walk to for even more exploring. *During the two blocked times is when we put the goats in and out and feed them. If you would like to book during these times please note we will be in and around the yard.

I made this Sniff Spot realizing the demand for an indoor space for dogs to play on rainy days and the long winter months! The space is in our indoor basement and personally with my own dog I always take her down there to play when the weather is poor, rainy, cold, or later in the evening when it gets too dark outside but the pup still wants to play~! Seeing how much my own dog Soluna, aka "Loony" enjoys it, Im now opening up "Loony's Rainy Day Getaway" to other local pups who need a warm, dry and cozy place to play. This is a GREAT spot for the upcoming long winter months! The space is a good size basement, (unfinished but heated and well insulated) We keep a handful of our own dog toys down there to share and pup-parents are free to also bring their own carry in and carry out. There are chairs for people to sit and watch their pups play There is also a water line that can be used to fill water bowls. *This is an indoor park so please potty your dogs outside before coming in. There is also pretty easy access back up to outside if they need to go in the middle of playing you can bring them back out to relieve themselves and then return. *You are free to use the outside yard at your leisure if you wish, just be mindful that it is NOT fenced *We do still use our basement area for storage in some areas so we ask that you and your dogs respect the storage items on shelves etc. Do not touch and call your dog away if THEY go to touch. (For their own safety as well) *For your pups safety, Please make sure your dogs are vaccinated when using spaces that may have been previously inhabited by other dogs.
