September 28th- the pool is being taken down for the season today. Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.

A recently fully fenced back yard! Wood in the front for privacy and chainlink in the back. This sniffari is about .5 acres. There will be toys available! Balls, chuck it and anything requested if you would like. There are poop bags available and pooper scooper. There are Adirondack chairs, low chairs and a sectional that is dog friendly. A canopy for shade! And woods are to the back and left outside of the fence making this a quiet and peaceful yard. Your dog will get to enjoy a private play time and sniff. I hope your pup (s) enjoy! Please clean up after your doggy’s! I notice feedback from back to back around the cleanliness from this. I appreciate you leaving it clean for the next dog (s) and human to enjoy ☺️☺️ If I am not home while you visit- my doggy’s may bark. They are super secure inside. I totally understand that can be frustrating though. I will always let you know beforehand! Please let me know and we cancel the booking if you are not comfortable with them barking.

Ruby’s Retreat for Reactive Dogs is a place where a dog can come to be dog. We have about .75 acres fenced with a ramp, oversized dig box, hideout, tether tug, (available upon request)kiddie pool and or splash pad. We also have about an acre of wooded trails that were created for Ruby and her brother’s daily sniff and strolls. Ruby was dog reactive which limited her outings, we would like to give other dogs the opportunity to be a dog with no stress and just be a dog. This spot is in memory of Ruby and her way of helping other dogs like her. Rocky (Ruby’s brother) and Ruby were the inspiration behind what we’d like to offer your dog. Thanks for checking us out 🐾🐾

Fully fenced yard on Mt. Kearsarge bordering Rollins State Park located at the historic property settled by the Watkins family in the early 1790’s. Abner Watkins was a founding father of Warner and a soldier in the Revolutionary War serving under Ebenezer Webster, father of Daniel. They fought in the Battles of Bennington and Saratoga and came back victorious. Abner with his wife Ruth and family retired up here on the mountain and is buried at the small cemetery down the road. Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful oak, maple, birch, pine & ash trees and let your dogs run, play and find sticks. I’m ok if they dig! That’s what dogs love to do! Plenty of shade and a new picnic table. Right next door is the Rollins State Park toll gate to go up Mt. Kearsarge and also access to miles of hiking trails. Fresh drinking water for the dogs! Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Remote switch for lights is located on the bulletin board in the barn. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. Welcome to our Sniffspot! We bought our property especially for the large yard. It’s a great space for dogs to run and play and sniff. The street facing part of the yard has 6ft privacy fence and the rent has a combo of chain link, 6ft wood or heavy duty wire. The yard is very secure for both large and small dogs. We have lots of birds, squirrel and chipmunks, and occasionally a raccoon or fox visits so the smells are endless. We hope your pup(s) will enjoy it as Miah as ours does.

Are you looking to expose/introduce two dogs in a safe and welcoming environment where you can monitor their body language and temperament? If yes, then our space is perfect. Each dog can have their own fenced-in area to play and observe or open the gate and connect the two spaces for your dogs to explore all that we have to offer. Included with other amenities, we offer confidence building equipment, a digging station, stretching board, pools for water (seasonal) and sensory play, enrichment toys, natural fitness stations and more! Have a special request or need? Let us know. We are happy to accommodate if we are able! Clean water bowls are also offered as well as a sink to easily refill and wash your hands or a toy as needed (seasonal). When done playing with the toys, simply leave them in the bucket provided for cleaning and sanitation for the next furry friend. We also offer a hose and sprayer as well as dry towels (seasonal). Feel free to dry your dog off after splashing in the pool and wipe their feet before they hop back in your car. Simply leave the used towel on the bench and we will pick up. Waste pick up is simple and easy. You will find poop bags in our mailbox located just inside the entry gate. Please pick up and dispose of waste in the garbage pail found near the mailbox. We can't wait to welcome you to our Golden Dog Playground - an oasis set among the woods with distance from the road and neighbors.

We have just over an acre of land down a dead-end road. Our backyard is fully fenced in with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. There is plenty of seating for the dog parents as well as a playground if you want to bring your children! We have two dogs that I would keep inside during any visits. We have dog toys in the backyard that your dogs could play with. There is plenty of room to throw a ball around and let your dogs expend their energy. My wife (Ashley), son (Oliver), and I (Joe) love dogs of all breeds and would love the opportunity to give them room to run and play as our dogs do. Our backyard is pretty open with grassy spots, mossy areas, and sand and dirt. I have a doggie pool and a splash pad that can be used for an extra cost. I can make a fire with smore's for you, and if you are bringing kids, i have a bounce house you could rent! If you are interested in any of these extras, let me know! I'd gladly share the wi-fi with any guests and will accommodate any needs within reason. Any questions let me know! Also, please do not allow your dog to dig and please clean up after your dog. A fully fenced yard for you and your animals to run and roam! The Hawthorne Hotel has almost an acre of land for your doggo to explore! We are fully fenced in so y’all can run without worry! Our yard features a large open grassy area to play ball or frisbee, a meadow/English garden type area, and overgrowth of plants and trees on the sides of the yard that provide a fun terrain for your dogs to explore and sniff! The dogs are welcome to roam wherever they’d like! We have a hose and bowl outside for you to use for water and to cool down. We also provide some balls, bags and a pooper scooper for you to use if needed. The yard is enclosed by a combination of a 6’ privacy fence, as well as a chain link fence that abuts the neighbors backyard, and a white picket fence reinforced with wire. We mow regularly, and often have flowers and trees in bloom! There is a picnic table and lawn chairs for humans to enjoy, and the pups too, if they’d like! There is always ample, safe, street parking directly next to the entrance gate, which is on the side of the house. If you prefer driveway parking, let me know and we can make room for you, but the best parking spot is right outside the gate! Please do be mindful of closing the gate behind you when you enter and exit as we don’t want any escapes! Feel free to use the hose for fresh water or to cool off! If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

There will be a seating area with a trash can provided for pet waste and drinking water for your fluffy friends. In case of sudden rain you are welcome to open the barn door and sit inside and wait out the storm or get out of the sun for a minute. Thier is a hose and kiddie pool if your dog wants to play in the water. Thier are goats and ducks on property in a fenced in area please control your dog around them and do not allow into the fences areas. Feel free to sniff through the fence. Your dogs can run off leash safely the property is located in a dirt road with little traffic lots of people walking the road with their pets. Thier is a public pond a little down the road you can walk to for even more exploring. *During the two blocked times is when we put the goats in and out and feed them. If you would like to book during these times please note we will be in and around the yard.

A great location to take your furry friend for a hike! This is perfect for dog selective dogs! A large field to let your furry friends fly! Groomed trails so it’s easy to stay on trail! Spending an hour here will help you and your dog bond while getting exercise without the worry of other dogs/humans being on trail. My name is Seth and I've been a lifelong dog owner. I've always loved getting out for adventures and finding new spots to let dogs romp off leash. My dogs Boss and Kona were temperamental with other dogs so it was always important to find safe spots to let them off leash. They were the inspiration for my fenced in backyard! Kona passed in September 2022 and Boss passed in July 2023, so I've opened up the space to those who might need a fenced in area to help their dog(s) expend that energy! We believe a tired dog is a happy dog, and an even happier owner 😉

Fenced in yard with deck. Dog friendly, chicken coop in yard but chickens are kept inside coop at all times. No other animals will be present. Enjoy time to let your dog roam and run!

I made this Sniff Spot realizing the demand for an indoor space for dogs to play on rainy days and the long winter months! The space is in our indoor basement and personally with my own dog I always take her down there to play when the weather is poor, rainy, cold, or later in the evening when it gets too dark outside but the pup still wants to play~! Seeing how much my own dog Soluna, aka "Loony" enjoys it, Im now opening up "Loony's Rainy Day Getaway" to other local pups who need a warm, dry and cozy place to play. This is a GREAT spot for the upcoming long winter months! The space is a good size basement, (unfinished but heated and well insulated) We keep a handful of our own dog toys down there to share and pup-parents are free to also bring their own carry in and carry out. There are chairs for people to sit and watch their pups play There is also a water line that can be used to fill water bowls. *This is an indoor park so please potty your dogs outside before coming in. There is also pretty easy access back up to outside if they need to go in the middle of playing you can bring them back out to relieve themselves and then return. *You are free to use the outside yard at your leisure if you wish, just be mindful that it is NOT fenced *We do still use our basement area for storage in some areas so we ask that you and your dogs respect the storage items on shelves etc. Do not touch and call your dog away if THEY go to touch. (For their own safety as well) *For your pups safety, Please make sure your dogs are vaccinated when using spaces that may have been previously inhabited by other dogs.

Possibly See deer, wild turkey, rabbit and squirrel, so that's why we ask for leashes on Flat, level walking meandering paths thru our wooded area. Boots or sneakers please, no open toe shoes ( for your own safety). And No smoking on property, too much of a fire Hazzard. Please clean up after pet, we supply a trash can for disposal, located at the gate of the fenced area.
